What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it was to set up Salesforce Sales Cloud, as I was able to navigate it effortlessly right from the start. I appreciate the organization it brings to our operations, particularly in keeping track and managing sales leads efficiently. The platform's ability to streamline contact information is incredibly useful, allowing my team to access vital client details quickly. I also value the seamless integration with other software like Sage 100, which enhances our workflow. Furthermore, the ease of use and the capability to check in from multiple locations are standout features that significantly enhance our operational flexibility.

I would prefer if there were more easily accessible training resources.

What do you like best about the product?
We like the Sales Cloud’s reporting and dashboard capabilities the most. It provides dynamic dashboards that give real-time visibility into performance metrics.

It is a very powerful tool, but it is a bit expensive for smaller or midsize companies.

My company struggles with technical debt. Mostly this has been from questionable architecture from the past and not understanding requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Salesforce Sales Cloud improves customer relationship management and facilitates closing deals with prospective students. It significantly increases productivity thanks to its technology and provides valuable tools to understand our customers' reviews. I also appreciate the easy implementation now that we are familiar with the system, and I consider the product to be of the highest quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the setup process a bit complicated because the team implementing it was not very familiar with the platform and had to learn a lot about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the product to manage relationships with clients and close deals with future students, increasing productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how Salesforce Sales Cloud makes it easy to communicate with customers and stay on top of things.
