Everything is perfect. But nothing to share at this time but love raise a concern in future by creating a case

Intuitive and Powerful for Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that the setup is not complicated and that it is very intuitive. Additionally, I find benefits in the increase in sales that I achieve thanks to the capabilities of sending mass campaigns. The ease of integration with platforms like Meta and the availability of data are aspects that I truly appreciate, along with the segmentation and connection with various channels. The seamless integration with other tools also adds a lot of value for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish for all the tools to be unified in a single dashboard.

I solve problems related to sending mass campaigns, which benefits with an increase in sales.

I appreciate the ease of implementation and how robust Salesforce Sales Cloud is in supporting the sales team. Its features and capabilities effectively increase sales and improve customer service experience. I'm impressed with how seamlessly it integrates with tools like SAP and Tableau, enhancing our workflow.

I find the product increases our sales and churn rate management, enhancing customer service and supporting the sales team effectively.
Excellent Sales Flow and Lead Nurturing, but Invoicing Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The sales flow and functionality of the activity timeline and ease of use with the opportunity teams and lead nurturing are quite exquisite! It’s a must have for any company that houses sales support staff members to succeed in bringing leads in to successfully convert into opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s quite a bit of work that could be done on the invoicing side. It’s understandable the architecture and how it was designed was built for a lot of the b2b clientele, but minor tweaks made to the architecture could make it easy enough to switch to b2c.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud is helping us thrive in the world of fast nurturing leads in the legal industry where speed to lead is absolutely critical in order to have a high rate of conversion.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the software facilitates all account management, such as approaching agencies, seminars, and events, in one place. I value the ease of configuration similar to Service Cloud. Additionally, the ActiveG feature captures all calls, which simplifies resolving queries, and the centralized business process greatly improves organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not integrate any software with Salesforce Sales Cloud, which indicates a limitation in the integration with other important tools we use, such as Microsoft Teams.

Now I have the entire business process in one place, improving account management and facilitating the resolution of queries with calls.
