Unified Customer Profiles, Complex Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way Salesforce Sales Cloud integrates fully with our CRM, providing a comprehensive and unified customer profile that helps streamline our workflow and boosts efficiency. The new pricing options are fantastic, making it more attractive to purchase based on consumption rather than an upfront investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup of Salesforce Sales Cloud to be difficult and overwhelming. The overwhelming nature of the comprehensive information and possibilities available within the platform made it more daunting initially. Despite being very integrated and offering a lot of features, the setup process required assistance from a Salesforce implementation partner to match our needs adequately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to unify customer data, enabling detailed, targeted campaigns and sales pitches, and enhancing customer care. It streamlines integration with CRM systems and offers comprehensive customer profiles, benefiting our workflow significantly.
Great Customization, but Page Layouts Can Get Cluttered

Love the field page layouts and customization

clutter on page layouts but also need developer to clean them up!

We had to customize it a lot to get something close to what a scholarship program needed

Streamlined Process with Agent Force, but Needs Built-in Document Signing

The entire process is streamlined, and with agent force, it requires much less manual effort.

Since company have been using it , there should have been an u build document signing mechanism

I believe the check-in and check-out function is the most important feature.

I didn't really like the app. I think it needs more offline functions.

That helps us improve the issue of capturing new leads by increasing the productivity of our business

We may not be able to obtain all the KPIs of our company with what our licensing provides us. Migrate to other platforms.
