What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud provides a clear view of the entire sales pipeline and helps track every opportunity efficiently. The automation features save a lot of time by reducing manual data entry, and the customizable dashboards make it easy to monitor team performance and forecast results accurately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system can feel a bit complex for new users, and setting up reports or automations requires some training. The interface can also be slow when handling a large volume of data, but overall the benefits outweigh these minor issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps us manage the entire sales process in one place, from lead generation to closing deals. It improves visibility into each opportunity, helps prioritize tasks, and supports better forecasting. As a result, our team can collaborate more effectively and achieve higher sales productivity.

It enables all of my departments to collaborate effectively, providing a single source for data and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The technical setup process and learning how to customize the software can be challenging at first. It takes some time to understand all the options and configure everything to suit your needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main benefits is that now, with all departments using it, everyone can see what the business is doing on a daily basis.

There is a need to reduce the number of KPIs and enhance the accuracy of forecasts. Streamlining the KPIs would help focus on what truly matters, while better forecasting would support more effective planning and decision-making.
