What do you like best about the product?

No debts to point out on this platform, the attention point is to start by a good archtecture design

What do you like best about the product?
The contact activity timeline and the opportunity Pizza tracker make it easy to see what is happening with the customer and how close we are to closing the deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pizza tracker only lives in the opportunity and you need to leave the contact to see that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us track our prospective students and where they are in the admissions process

Sales cloud allows us to create a single view of all our pipeline across our sales channels

Some features that have not been updated since the start of Salesforce

It's managing to streamline our Sales process to ensure that we onboard prospects quickly. Allowing us easy viewing of our Sales pipeline across all markets.

This product is incredibly easy to use, and I really appreciate its excellent usability. I also love how much I can customize it to fit my needs.

The pricing can be a concern, and it's also worth noting that you need to use AppExchange apps to access certain additional features.

This tool helps streamline our sales process, making it more efficient and organized.
