Great Customization and Centralized Data for Complete Customer and Sales Pipeline View
What do you like best about the product?
Customization and centralized data for a full view of the customer and the sales pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expense (high licensing/consulting fees), complexity, and inconsistent customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It centralizes customer data, automates repetitive tasks, and provides real-time visibility and forecasting for the sales pipeline, all leading to increased sales efficiency and higher revenue.
Great Customization, But Too Much AI Promotion
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the tool is customizable without code.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is too much pushing of AI across the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables our sales users to have all the data they need right away.

As a Salesforce partner, we offer multiple products built on Salesforce. The ability to quickly deliver new feature releases and products to market is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The depth of configurability for our customers can create difficulties if customers are not well prepared to manage their installation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The products we deliver help hotel chains, stadiums and other event venues manage their above and on-property sales activities. In addition, our solution manages meeting space at the hotel from contract to event delivery. Being able to build objects quickly, and then rely on Salesforce's built in capabilities for reporting, workflow management (and all of the other Salesforce capabilities) allows Amadeus to focus on delivering the specific capabilities that hotels need and want.

I love it, nice interface, many opportunities to run the sales

I appreciate the automation capabilities of Salesforce Sales Cloud, significantly reducing manual work for our sales team. The real-time opportunity tracking is a game changer, giving both the sales team and leadership visibility into deals. The easy setup process with stakeholders was also beneficial.

I find Salesforce Sales Cloud automates manual processes, saving my team time and allowing them to focus on core sales activities. It enables real-time opportunity tracking, improving team efficiency and leadership visibility.

Efficient Planning and Intuitive Setup with Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Salesforce Sales Cloud makes configuration easy, especially the way it allows organizing business activity. The planning feature, particularly the Planify part, has been very useful. Additionally, the software's ability to link the technical and commercial parts has been very beneficial for us, optimizing routes for technicians and salespeople, which is highly profitable.

Great UI and Easy Navigation, No Complaints

Ui, console, ease of navigation. Salesforce is improving every bit of it every release. Now with agentforce sales, I’m impressed
