Long time Salesforce user and can't believe what we are capable of now!
What do you like best about the product?
We can get a full visibility into all of the data as a part of sales cycle. I can't imagine making strategy decisions without the information Salesforce gives us!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am looking forward to progress with the application, but we are currently only as good as our salespeople are at tracking data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our salespeople hate moving from one system to another, so one comprehensive system that we can use for everything the sales people need solves a lot of problems!
Great tool but it could have more trainings and assistance
What do you like best about the product?
I love the management of all the tasks in an easy way and the possibility of integrate with our email, keeping track of the contacts
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many functionalities, we need more than 2 months to fully understand the platform. It could be better if we have had a proper and long training beforehand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now we can integrate almost the whole company in one place and see their performance and adapt our strategies really fast

I love that it can be used to track leads with the ultimate goal of converting them into customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it overlaps with the marketing cloud and does not allow me as Marketer to get both in the same package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that it aims to streamline sales and marketing efforts, while Service Cloud helps support agents provide excellent customer service and resolve issues before they become a problem.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using it since quite a long time. I'm amazed by its features. It is quite helpful in working with client and helps in external integration. It have all things at one place and simple to understand learn and use. It is very helpful with accounts and opportunities to and helped us to generate leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the documentation of features should be updated. It doesn't describe all features of the Sales cloud. For example my suggestion is It can have a tutorial for all the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very good in communcating with our clients. We as a team are much helped by this in getting all things together at one place. We get summary of our sales which helps us better analyses our future decisions and strategies.

Salesforce Sales Cloud offers a wealth of benefits to help companies achieve their sales goals. These include centralizing customer data, capturing interactions, and automating processes; providing instant, one-click access to customer information such as chat transcripts and phone numbers through account or contact management modules; allowing users to customize reports by dragging and dropping fields, groups, filters, or categories within charts in real time; and monitoring revenue generation through dashboards and other versatile technologies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of integration between Salesforce and our team's Slack channel. Integrating these two platforms would be extremely beneficial as it would make tracking contracts, leads, and prospects much easier for me. I hope we can look into implementing this feature in the future, so I can better manage our customer interactions within one platform.

With Service Cloud's industry-leading analytics and automation, I am able to quickly analyze customer data, establish workflows to manage requests in a timely manner, and proactively identify key areas of focus.
Best way to manage your business and a low code platform for development

Salesforce sales cloud provides everything required for a good development and running business smoothly with from starting to end filling all the gaps.

Salesforce sales cloud have some limitations like governor limit for sql queries and data storage limitations for developer sandboxes makes it a little slow.

Maintaining the business data and analysis of that data. Sales cloud also provides platform where we can build our own process and various other things using the pre developed functionalities.

Salesforce sales cloud is one of the clouds from Salesforce which maintains sales data and sales of a product. Sales cloud includes most of the customer data who are interested in buying and making them purchase a product.

Salesforce has significant issues with user licenses. The cost of user licenses is somewhat high. The data storage and file storage cost is also too high. There is no back platform for data and files in Salesforce

Google Calendar integration is not free. Also the user interface and the search functionality can be improved.
