What do you like best about the product?
It's fantastic... it helped me a lot to help clients ful fill there needs. I would recommend it to my friends and all the people I know. Specially it's functionality are very easy to use

There is nothing I disliked about this product. It is very easy to use and it's very user friendly. I love using it and my clients are also very happy with my performance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved various problems using this tool involving lwc and flows and apex methods. Writing test cases and checking if my functionality is working is also very easy

Salesforce sales clous is a great solution for a company to excel in their respective fields, getting understand about sales team, support team and also with the help of SFS we can improve to capture lead and make it closed as won.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a one factor which you can dislike about Salesforce sales cloud, although it is the best CRM tool available in the market, but the price is too high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of Salesforce sales cloud you can easily configure your workflows and goals for you as well as for your team, it has a very clean visual and also easy to use for customers. It's extremely integreated with almost every tool out there. You can also easily see all of your clients activity.

It's ability to easily handle the customer relationship. The salesforce sales cloud have the inbuilt ability which can handle operations easily.

Nothing nuch but in the remembering and to learn because alot of theory.

It is helping in solving the problem of management of customers and sales buisness relationship and their operations.

It is easy to maintaining a data and use it in need, analysis of each data has been super easy it keeps all your data in one place so it's easy to track and use

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is where you can centralize the data coming from both products and customers. When you have an efficient and safe warehouse of sales data, you are able to create wiser and better decisions based on the available automation and data analytical tools present in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Salesforce in general is user-friendly, it will still be an edge if you are familiar with the automation and data analytical tools that are readily available for use. With this in mind, you still need to properly review the workarounds in using this cloud and the tools.

Salesforce Cloud is able to fix the overload of sales data as it has a monumental storage. Aside from being a warehouse of data, it is able to organize, arrange, and clean data to be used for analytics in making better decisions in the business.

It has a very easy to understand User Interface and this makes it very easy to get started on the product quick enough.

Creation of reports is a complex process and once report is created, the task of exporting the report into an excel or csv is not possible

A centralized repository to store, track and view sales prospects and all related information of an account of a SaaS vendor. Overall an easy product to use, making the experience smooth

What do you like best about the product?
Currently I am a Salesforce Developer and previously worked as Salesforce Technical Support and having knowledge with sf sales cloud helps me with my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are still some features needed to be updated or included, those that are related to business requirement that are not yet in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily business process to improve workflow and effeciency on a daily basis.

What do you like best about the product?
Helping Organisation to streamline Cases in a very easy and trackable way . It always Gives a ease for the Admin to handle important cases and figure out what is more important and can set escalations to those which are in higher priority. Even tracking is also a very plus point.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope the speed is a consideration always and the cost for a particular business. And there should be more ease in documentation so that it provides more easiness to understand it deepely and use as per the needs.

Keeping track of all the engagement is more assessable. What we have; can be easily tracked and can focus on critical areas . Drag and drop is one of the top feature which is easy to use.
