What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has an object manager which allows the developers or administrators to create objects easily. The fields on the UI can easily be added to these objects. The layout can be defined to the fields and the user permissions can be defined with the click of the button
The data structure is similar to excel which correspond to row as a record and column as a field.

What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce - SFDX is generally used for release management or deployments which impacts performance of the application as a whole.
Licenses can be a bit expensive for smaller enterprise

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The entire end to end sales management, analytics, customer experience, relationship management, Forms Generation, ease of use has drastically improved. Cloud storage is another advantage improving the process and performance efficiency

Set up and configuration is not user friendly and time consuming & customer support is very very poor

Salesforce sales cloud has helped us solve these problems by providing a comprehensive, integrated sales management solution that allows us to easily track leads, opportunities, and customers.

The cost of Salesforce sales cloud is high, and there are some features that are not included in the basic package. Also, some of the more advanced features can be complicated to setup and use.

Enables sales representative to establish effective communication with their prospects to achieve shorter sales cycles. With the access to social network profiles associated with Salesforce accounts,contacts,and leads.

Salesforce sales cloud have a lot of inbuilt features. Any one can have a free use for a limited data but if you want to grow your business. Go for it and have a paid versiona and enjoy your business

Nothing as such to dislike. There are a lot of features available. Sometimes people get confused which are useful for them. If Salesforce can have a bunch of products. It will be easier for users.

It is a good product and it increased business as well as it handles the data in user friendly manner. All over experience is good till today. I hope it will be good in future as well.

Works well with Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way you can convert your contacts to and from hubspot with salesforce. Its really convenient and helpful for sales teams and for pipeline projections
What do you dislike about the product?
It glitches sometimes- sometimes contacts don't show up, sometimes they don't convert. Needs a bigger server. I'm not sure the fix to this but hopefully one day it will be faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our pipeline and helps us report on pipeline without having to do too much. It keeps all of our accounts in line which is super helpful when trying to be organized.

What do you like best about the product?
It can allow an organization to manage its customer database and keep track of contracts and contact information. It can integrate and utilize 3rd party systems such as building badge records, print badges, automation of invitation emails, set up accounts through automation. It has proven useful in our company and saved time and work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the search function glitches or does not work. There were several occasions when I searched for a Customer's name or email address, and the search would return no results. But then, when I search the contract within and find the Customer, open and work on the corresponding contracts, and try the search again, it might find this person now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce supports integration with our ticketing and badge system, which helps us quickly manage customer memberships and saves time from manually having to set up multiple tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The way Salesforce has designed sales cloud is very efficient for business to do their sales. Also the feature is leads, accounts and contacts is wonderful. I like working in Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't anything wrong or inappropriate in sales cloud but it would be good to see AI coming in to guide business users and more predictable sales process . That's all I have.

It is helping to store process and Manage the needs for which I'm working. Salesforce offers a lot with sales cloud services and our customers really likes it .

What do you dislike about the product?
Our Company was originally using this for our Sales team but have since moved to fully "dog fooding" our own software. We have our own Sales platform so paying for something external no longer made sense. Now, this isn't really a dislike, more of a why we moved away. If I had to pick something, cost was likely the biggest thing - I know it was expensive - especially as we continued to grow as a company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'd say some of the top problems that Salesforce tries to solve are as follows:
* Ineffective sales collaboration
* Inefficient lead management
* Lack of sales visibility
* And more.
For us, it was definitely the above as well as trying to remove many of our previously manual processes that we had the time. Until we got our own tool to have more of the needed features, this helps solved the gap that our sales team needed.
