SF the Best CRM application

What do you like best about the product?
No maintenance of servers and application updates. Most latest version of Salesforce is always available as and when Salesforce makes their quarterly releases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the Salesforce quarterly releases have conflicts with our application releases and the quarterly release requires extensive regression testing which pushes to reschedule our application release cycles
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before moving to Salesforce sales cloud our on premise CRM application was build on old tools and technology which had lots rigidity while making any changes. With the out of the box Salesforce CRM capabilities we don't have to worry about the core CRM instead we can utilize our resources around tasks that matter the most to our business.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm quite happy with the Salesforce Cloud because it helps folks in my company collaborate more closely .
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything specific that i dislike about the cloud
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce cloud helps us bring together email contact , meetings , and CRM so that it can serve as a ground truth for collaboration from a customer success perspective !

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce was user-friendly. It could be used to store documents and view MSM with clients. It also provides a dashboard with tasks for easy access and view of items that need to be completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside for Salesforce was document storage. Once uploaded, it wasn't easy to move into another folder, which had to be deleted. You were also not able to easily view a preview of the documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provided access to view and track tasks and how a case was resolved. It helped with productivity by having a visual list within Salesforce and not having to switch between either a physical list or a different form to create lists for tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the most trusted CRM in the world.
1. It increases the productivity of sales and marketing teams because we can easily track the pipeline
2. It helps track all interaction with customers
3. You can create a targeted audience and send them a targeted ad/ email
4.It unifies everything
What do you dislike about the product?
I use salesforce daily in my job before. If there's a point of improvement, it would be easier navigation of the tool. You really need to study using it with the help of your colleague
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. It eliminated redundancy of work for sales and marketing team
2. It is a unified platform which people can access so it saves time and effort of employees
3. It can unify B2C and B2B experience

What do you like best about the product?
Very cool design, many tools. When I worked, using Salesforce as my main instrument was very helpful. The way to send emails with many templates was wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the very beginning, it took me a little time to get used to it, as it has many tools you have to learn on the way. If it has any video tutorial maybe it could help you to learn in a faster way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy way to get in contact with the clients. You only have to select the template and the customer info will fill up automatically, it was very nice. And to be honest the main colors were very cool.

What do you like best about the product?
It's the most comprehensive solution in the market and can cater to all industries.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a learning curve and takes time for the user to get up and running.

It's a robust CRM with loads of features and functionalities and can become a single source of truth of your sales organization. It can provide deep insights into your business from opportunity lifecycle management, lead management, and analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows high customization to suit the business. One of the most modular SaaS, allows multiple integrations and has a robust API. It is one of the better offerings, compared to the competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing could be more competitive. Same with pricing with third party integrations, but that's not Salesforce's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a core product for lead management and CRM, it is a vital piece of our business. Metrics, reports built from Salesforce brings clarity on what works and what doesn't.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is a great CRM system. Since it can be tailored to any work envorinment, it allows you to have everything you need to be successful in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't always user-friendly & can take some time for someone who has never used it to get comfortable with it. The training portion (sandbox) doesn't always perform well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a one stop shop for my business to keep everything organized. If you use it in the right way you don't have to go to any other platform and keeps your business very organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud Suite has been a great software in aiding the sales process, from Sales Development Representatives to Business Development Representatives to even Account Executives. There are stages to cover for all parts of sales cycle, right from injecting a prospect in, until closing of the deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Salesforce Sales Cloud Suite lightning version at times seems to be a bit confusing, especially for people who've used Salesforce Sales Cloud Suite in the traditional way for several years. Have to spend some time in figuring out where certain functionalities lie.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud Suite helps me organise my leads, contacts, and accounts. Every contact is tagged to an account, making visibility easier for everyone in the sales hierarchy. Opportunities have a clear-cut and demarcated place that helps me track the won opportunities and look at the ones coming up for renewal.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud helps to organize all of the information about our prospective students in one place, which helps us to ensure we can include all of those students in our communication campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found pulling reports and aggregating information in Sales Cloud to be more complicated than in some other systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact information for prospective students comes in through many different channels; in person appointments, email, phone calls, events, etc. This tool provides the go to place to capture the contact information for all the students we encounter.
