Highly modular
What do you like best about the product?
Allows high customization to suit the business. One of the most modular SaaS, allows multiple integrations and has a robust API. It is one of the better offerings, compared to the competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing could be more competitive. Same with pricing with third party integrations, but that's not Salesforce's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a core product for lead management and CRM, it is a vital piece of our business. Metrics, reports built from Salesforce brings clarity on what works and what doesn't.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is a great CRM system. Since it can be tailored to any work envorinment, it allows you to have everything you need to be successful in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't always user-friendly & can take some time for someone who has never used it to get comfortable with it. The training portion (sandbox) doesn't always perform well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a one stop shop for my business to keep everything organized. If you use it in the right way you don't have to go to any other platform and keeps your business very organized.
Salesforce Sales Cloud - Ideal for people who like organized and structured selling
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud Suite has been a great software in aiding the sales process, from Sales Development Representatives to Business Development Representatives to even Account Executives. There are stages to cover for all parts of sales cycle, right from injecting a prospect in, until closing of the deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Salesforce Sales Cloud Suite lightning version at times seems to be a bit confusing, especially for people who've used Salesforce Sales Cloud Suite in the traditional way for several years. Have to spend some time in figuring out where certain functionalities lie.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud Suite helps me organise my leads, contacts, and accounts. Every contact is tagged to an account, making visibility easier for everyone in the sales hierarchy. Opportunities have a clear-cut and demarcated place that helps me track the won opportunities and look at the ones coming up for renewal.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud helps to organize all of the information about our prospective students in one place, which helps us to ensure we can include all of those students in our communication campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found pulling reports and aggregating information in Sales Cloud to be more complicated than in some other systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact information for prospective students comes in through many different channels; in person appointments, email, phone calls, events, etc. This tool provides the go to place to capture the contact information for all the students we encounter.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps us act as not only a sales organization but functions well for CSMs with the number of possible integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very intuitive. Takes some training especially when trying to run reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the entire organization online with one another.
Great product easy to navigate.
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to move around and upload documents when we needed to. Has everything laid out for you so you know where you need to go to find my license and appointments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really to dislike. Maybe add another feature that allows you to accept something other than a jpeg. I had issues submitting documents but it could be due to user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
very easy to keep me organized. Let's me know which carriers I have with with states. Has my info for ever carrier. Makes it so easy to just have everything in one place.
Helpful tool for doing outreach
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the pipeline and how it is customizable for our needs. We can make the outreach process for our program exactly how we need it to work for teachers
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the least helpful part is how many layers of menus there are when it comes to campaigns/jobs/shifts - we use them to track volunteer hours and it's complicated fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage the outreach process of working with teachers across the state of Wisconsin, and capturing their engagement and responses to our email. We also use it to track volunteer hours.
A Total Package
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about it is how it seemlessly integrates so many great apps and programs, as well as having a really intuitive, no brainer interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that makes me a little annoyed with it is the campaign system. I use them alot for work, but you cannot delete old campaigns, so every new term at school, I have to wade through my old ones to get to my new ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shows me all communications with a student, plus a really great display of all of our notes and information on a particular student, and their status in the program.
Easier and Customizable Application that caters from Marketing to Sales Team
What do you like best about the product?
I can customise the reports, Handle lakhs of data, and integrate leads from multiple channels quickly and effectively. I find the status updates on leads quick, and instant, and even if more users work simultaneously, the system error is negligible. Marketing automation and email marketing processes are easy to do and track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many tools and options. Learning takes some time, and you will find it complex until you get familiar with the reports and stuff. The cost is a bit high compared to similar applications available in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is handling more volume. Some CRMs tend to crash when a sudden volume of leads enters the system, but Salesforce can handle a large volume of inflow of leads/data without crashing. Whenever any customisations or integrations are required, it is easy to find support.
Extremely capable CRM solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitive UI as well as the many functionalities. It's extremely customizable and can satisfy every organisation's needs. It also extremely fast and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Salesforce Sales Cloud lacks native integrations with other very important softwares used on daily basis on the job. It can be very costly to implement them later on.

Helps me keep track of all the records regarding the interractions with my clients as well as not loose any important steps before, throughout and after the sales process. I
also love the fact that I can access all my information from wherever I am.
