What do you like best about the product?
The Salescloud suite of tools offers unparalleled customization - from object and data management to automation, reporting and pipeline management; Salescloud does it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most offputting aspect of Salescloud would have to be the price - however, this is an enterprise-level solution. So startups and SMBs may wish to look elsewhere for more affordable CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud is our primary CRM - it manages all of our prospect, lead and customer data. We also integrate Sales Cloud with several other marketing and sales tools.
A HYPERMARKET FOR A SALES PERSON
What do you like best about the product?
The abundant features that Salesforce offers are unmatchable. It gives the user immense flexibility and command over their job. The filters and preset categories are actually helping the salesperson to find the right prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a lame question I believe. LOL! Because the app is almost perfect. Though I would suggest the UI be more attractive and simplified. Also t times the cloud server goes slow which must be resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves a number of problems including sorting, filtering, prospecting, time management, notifications, and reminders, giving good idea about the targets and achievements etc
It helps to sell faster, smarter and more efficiently.
What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward to sort and manage the date and get the report as you need by the filters. It is beneficial to real-time data and improves our productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sufficiently costly to merit deeper consideration. Backend support could be better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to sort the sales leads, prioritize the tips, and also helps to schedule the reminder notification to call the customers. Because of this, my productivity has grown.
Greasy experience with Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
It's exactly what a CRM should be on design and output levels of performance. Would recommend any company to use this as it holds everything you need for a complete sales team / sales cycle / sales info and data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a little more easy to see things that hidden like notes and such within accounts and other reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They're solving they way our company views sales in general and holds all of our sales information and data all in one place so everyone can view it at any time. From VP of sales to BDR level, anyone can view information.
Excellent software for managing all types of leads in all stages.
What do you like best about the product?
The email integration and automation feature is very useful and saves time in maintaining all data and communications with all prospects at every stage. It also simplifies the follow-up process.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a layperson, the platform, especially the reports and filter options is a bit complicated to understand. It should be made user-friendly and easier to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Salesforce Sales Cloud is solving our leads management problem as now we are able to manage our customer data well and track all the conversations in real-time. It is also helping in email tracking, leads tracking and reporting.
Incredibly Helpful when it works
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to quickly integrate the communication I have with customers into the dashboard. I'm also able to pull the information into our CRM and note-taking platforms for quick use
What do you dislike about the product?
Often times I find the integration doesn't work or requires multiple logins throughout a single hour. I also have an automation set up that isn't working, resulting in me having to manually log email communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce allows our Customer Success team to review our accounts in a single place. It also helps us track renewals and steps to take towards renewals, including financial tracking of our contracts.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that we are able to house so much customer information in one place. From the sales process to the invoice and contract info, everything we need can be pulled from one screen. Previously, we had to go to multiple spots/websites to find the information we needed about a customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult/tedious to build a report to pull the information that you are looking for. It can often be a bit of trial and error to find the information you are looking to capture.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep all our customer information in one place. From an accounting perspective, it is easy to find the contract from the customer, see what amounts have/will be invoiced, and even see future revenue.
Very versatile package that is easy to deploy and use.
What do you like best about the product?
We love the ability to create custom DB objects to track all of the items that are outside of the normal Salesforce data set. The trigger automation ensures that our data flows properly with all necessary fields and calculated logic therefore making new employee training much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little expensive to roll out to the enterprise, but in the end an invaluable tool for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Besides traditional CRM, we use Salesforce for all of our order entry and custom pricing per account grouping. We also link all of our AR and inventory data back to Salesforce, so very few staff need accounting licenses to be able to view that important data.
It's a great tool that works for almost everything

SalesForce is incredible, I have used it in all my jobs and a lot of my clients use it as well, I believe it works for many many things in terms of clients and communication

The fact that is sometimes so easy to use and edit things also makes it more difficult to track correctly everything that happens

Is my day to day, You can receive cases from clients, leads, keep track of your accounts, opportunities , etc

One of the best tools to see data in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud makes it easy to see all of the things you need in one place. You can import almost everything and export only the data you need. Once trained, it's easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of bells and whistles that you can get lost in if you're not careful. They are helpful to some extent, but sometimes they can stop you from accessing what you need or send you down a rabbit hole. Again, once you learn about the platform, it's pretty easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforces Sales Cloud is making it possible for us to see all of our donor and constituent information in one place rather than visiting every single program/platform that we use to gather information. We are now able to get all the information we need about our donors from one source and export it to share across teams.
