Sales Cloud is designed for sellers, we have customized it for wealth management and recruiting and more.

Easy to Use with a Great, Intuitive UI
What do you like best about the product?
This software is very easy to use, with a great and intuitive user interface. It offers plenty of customization options, which fit all my use cases and forecasting needs.

Can be difficult to navigate and easy to get lost.

We are currently using it for Pipeline management and account and opportunity team management. Being able to keep track of who is working what deals and where they are is helpful

De-duplication can be more robust to identify the duplication of leads and contacts
