Flexible customization and centralized management are attractive

What do you like best about the product?
I use Salesforce SalesCloud and find it very convenient to centrally manage data. Basic settings are easy to perform, and items can be added based on the UI, making your work as a developer smoother. What's also great is that you can easily build a system by using collaboration tools that are highly compatible with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
A characteristic of SaaS rather than Salesforce Sales Cloud is that there is no flexibility in development. As a result, there are cases where it is necessary to change the business to match the product rather than the customer's requests, and I feel that there are disadvantages in flexibility compared to the old development methods using Java and HTML. However, I understand that security is ensured by restricting development, and I am not asking for improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is useful because it streamlines operations through centralized data management, is easy to search, and can be built with simple settings. From a customer's perspective, it is very easy to use, and it is most effective when it has a simple configuration. By understanding what standards can and cannot do, requirements definition for problems that can be solved by standards will be smoother. I feel that there are many things that can be addressed through development, even though they cannot be done.

Duplicate jobs are only available on UE Edition but would be very helpful for all customers

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Salesforce Sales Cloud centralizes all customer data and sales activities in one place, giving a clear view of the pipeline. Its automation and AI insights help close deals faster and improve decision-making.

I dislike that Salesforce Sales Cloud can be complex to configure and navigate, especially for new users. It often requires customization and training to fully leverage its features, which can be time-consuming.

Salesforce Sales Cloud helps centralize customer data, automate sales processes, and provide real-time pipeline visibility, reducing manual work and missed opportunities. This benefits me by saving time, improving follow-ups, and enabling smarter, data-driven decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Salesforce Sales Cloud for its unparalleled capabilities and comprehensive platform that stands out compared to other solutions we evaluated like Zoho and SugarCRM. The intuitive dashboard feature allows me to quickly build and understand sales pipelines and revenue models, providing insightful visibility into our sales processes. Additionally, the integration with our ERP system, NetSuite, is seamless, simplifying the transition of deal information for financial accounting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the pricing of Salesforce Sales Cloud to be a bit steep, which can be challenging if the budget isn't prepared for it. It's a cautionary point for those considering this solution. Additionally, the need to license every technician for the field service lightning component, even those who aren't active users but are scheduled, is frustrating. It feels unnecessary to have to pay for licenses for non-users just to access scheduling.

I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to consolidate data from disparate companies, enhancing visibility into sales pipelines and insights, improving our understanding of win rates and market sales.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Salesforce Sales Cloud provides us with a structured and controlled sales flow, allowing us to close more sales that we previously couldn't achieve. I appreciate the integration of the ecosystem with Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, which optimizes our operations. I also value the tracking of opportunities, making it easier to finalize sales.

At the beginning, setting up Salesforce Sales Cloud was a bit complicated since we were not familiar with the platform and it was the first time we were using it. Additionally, I would like to be able to customize the sales funnel in a way that is more suitable for each industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps me control the sales flow with a structured funnel, allowing me to close sales that were previously lost. The tracking of opportunities improves sales efficiency by successfully closing them.
