What do you like best about the product?
I find Salesforce Sales Cloud great for managing account contacts and opportunities, which significantly helps organize and streamline my workflow. I also find SalesPass and guided selling extremely helpful for our operations. The overall experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud is positive, showcasing it as a great product.
What do you dislike about the product?

I use Salesforce Sales Cloud for account and opportunity management, which it handles well. However, I face challenges in maintaining data cleanliness.

More updates, we need to have more learning material around sales cloud I think what sales cloud is doing is getting older and it’s all about force

Great Map Integration, but Lacks Google Maps' Intuitiveness
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of maps is fantastic and a welcome addition to what Salesforce has already to offer

It’s not as intuitive as google maps for instance.

Maps is helping all our field agents and forces up and down the country
Great for Tracking Leads, but Some Are Not Worth the Effort

Leads, timeline of account processes, clear visibility of open items

Sometimes the leads aren’t promising and wasting time updating

Building sales opportunities
Developer-friendly but requires integration
What do you like best about the product?
I found it useful that the automation of collecting and managing customer opportunities is completed on a large scale. Additionally, effectively managing opportunities in a B2C environment has greatly helped in closing opportunities with customers. I also think that the ability to apply agile methodologies on Salesforce's SaaS platform is a significant advantage. I particularly liked that it is very useful and easily accessible for developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to be a disadvantage that Sales Cloud alone has difficulty fully performing CRM functions, and additional applications like Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud must be used together. Also, it is difficult to understand the differences between Process Builder Flow and various automation tools. It took time to understand the conflicts between automation tools and the order in which they operate internally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effectively managing customer opportunities has greatly helped in closing opportunities. Automation tasks have been completed on a large scale to support B2C opportunities.
Great Out-of-the-Box Setup, But Key Features Cost Extra

Out of the box functionality and easy setup for sales process

Some features are not available out of the box and sold as add ins

Great 360 Sales View and Flexibility, but Needs Simpler UI and Faster Refresh
What do you like best about the product?
The customer 360 view while doing sales and how easy it is to setup the sales process. The flexibility to add custom processes and flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things are complicated for users to understand which can be simplified. The screen being slow to refresh when changes are made to the records.

Capturing leads and nurturing the lead process with god predictions.
Perfect for Visualizing Leads and Properties
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Salesforce Maps effectively links our leads and properties, giving potential customers a clear idea of their proximity to requested locations. The feature enabling us to visualize distances from one location to another is very useful, as it allows our sales team to efficiently identify the best properties in relation to incoming leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the price of Salesforce Maps to be a concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Maps to link leads and properties, giving potential customers an idea of the distance from their requested location, which helps salespeople choose the best properties. The ability to see distances between locations is particularly useful.
