Exceptional Sales Model and Seamless DocuSign Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud offers an excellent sales model that is especially easy for newcomers to grasp. One of its standout features is the lead conversion process, which I find particularly effective. During the sales cycle, when it's time to handle contracts, it's possible to integrate DocuSign, making the process smoother. After integrating DocuSign, the approval process allows documents to be signed according to the role hierarchy, which adds a layer of security and organization. Additionally, the lead scoring functionality helps determine the likelihood of converting a lead, which is very useful. The Account Team and Account Hierarchy features are also valuable aspects of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce offers a highly capable service cloud agent, but I believe there is still room for improvement in the sales agent. When I tried to schedule a meeting for a client using the sales agent, the meeting was not successfully set up. Additionally, the sales coach could be improved, as its responses when approaching clients are not yet as effective as they could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since Sales Cloud encompasses the full sales cycle, its main goal is to support running the business more efficiently and professionally. Furthermore, as I previously mentioned, the sales agent feature stands out for managing administrative tasks. For instance, during events where a large number of leads are collected, the sales agent simplifies the process of creating and organizing all those leads, making management much more efficient.
Seamless Lead Management and Insightful Sales Journey
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about sales cloud is the end to end journey of a lead, I can see the business is getting the lead and the entire journey of the lead is something that gives a lot of insight - where to put in more efforts to convert the lead and where the process is going smooth.
Then to have opportunity and product in the same view is additional benefit. This makes the business more efficient without adding much customization.

What do you dislike about the product?
Lightning record page changes takes quite some time to refresh and reflect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have one client and that is a greenfield implementation - but still the entire standard lead and opportunity process is so similar that it is very easy for the team to explain everything to the client. The buttons on lead, the lead path makes it easy for the client team to adapt to salesforce and make a transition from excel to CRM.

Easy to log activity and clearly shows info that was saved

Sometimes UI looks very old school and choppy. Hubspot can be prettier on the eyes

What do you like best about the product?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to automate tasks and boost productivity. I love its powerful automation and customization capabilities. The platform is also mobile-friendly, which adds to its efficiency. I appreciate the collaboration features and AI integration that make the overall user experience beneficial.

I find Salesforce Sales Cloud to be highly complex and the maintenance quite costly. I also face issues with data management and support. Although the initial setup was easy, I realized later that it has a steep learning curve.

I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to automate tasks and boost productivity, solving poor customer engagement and weak marketing. It provides powerful automation, customization, mobile-friendly platform features, and AI integration for better collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
The best I like is Lead Converted Process and Person Account feature like we can easily Implement the B2C and B2B feature. it is easy to integrate as well because i have integrate docusign with sales cloud and I found very easy to generate the document.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is one issue I found when we are change the account record to person account record then the system will change the created date of linked contact. Due to that we have faced lot of issue and the main point is that it not mention in any document of saleforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest problem which i saw on other technology is they have different system to store the data so their teams is not able to work efficiently. while in case on salesforce sales cloud is we have all the data on the same system and its on cloud so easy to access. we also have reports and dashboard to analyze the data. Also we have so many useful standard objects.

Some advanced features require additional configuration or add-ons, and the overall cost can be high for smaller teams. However, once set up properly, the benefits usually outweigh these challenges.

Salesforce Sales Cloud solves the problem of scattered sales data and manual tracking by bringing leads, accounts, opportunities, and activities into one centralized system. It improves visibility into the sales pipeline, automates follow-ups and tasks, and provides real-time reports and forecasts. This helps me stay organized, prioritize the right opportunities, and close deals more efficiently.
Effortless CRM Experience with Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is the easiest to navigate CRM I have ever used. The pricing isn't ridiculous and the customer service and tech support always have my back when I need them the most! Not only that but integrating my current book of business was an ease with Sales Force! I Highly recommend.

With Salesforce's easy integration, process tracking, and ai-driven insights salesforce is allowing me to worry about the selling and customer engagement while they help me track the rest.

Salesforce Sales Cloud addresses issues such as fragmented customer data, ineffective lead tracking, limited sales visibility, and manual sales processes by bringing all customer information together, automating key workflows, and offering real-time insights through comprehensive reports and dashboards. For me, this means I save time, can prioritize leads more effectively, make better decisions, collaborate more easily with my team, and engage with customers in a more personalized way. As a result, my productivity increases and my sales results improve.
AI-Driven Efficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the newer tools in Salesforce Sales Cloud like the Agent Force for sales features. This includes tools like the sales development rep agent, the sales coach, and the lead nurturing agent, which bring some sort of AI capabilities to our workflow. These tools significantly reduce the manual tasks we used to do, as they automate a lot of the process. For new teammates, the onboarding agent is also helpful. The sales coach provides good guidance by checking all leads, opportunities, and accounts, offering a holistic view of all the information in one place. The lead nurturing agent automates communication with customers, serving as the first point of contact and saving a lot of time for our human sales reps. I also appreciate that the initial setup is quite easy and straightforward, thanks to the great documentation available from the Salesforce help website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the need for more customizable templates, especially around the AI cases, to be lacking. Having a little more customization would be nice compared to what we have currently.
