What do you like best about the product?
I really like the newer tools in Salesforce Sales Cloud like the Agent Force for sales features. This includes tools like the sales development rep agent, the sales coach, and the lead nurturing agent, which bring some sort of AI capabilities to our workflow. These tools significantly reduce the manual tasks we used to do, as they automate a lot of the process. For new teammates, the onboarding agent is also helpful. The sales coach provides good guidance by checking all leads, opportunities, and accounts, offering a holistic view of all the information in one place. The lead nurturing agent automates communication with customers, serving as the first point of contact and saving a lot of time for our human sales reps. I also appreciate that the initial setup is quite easy and straightforward, thanks to the great documentation available from the Salesforce help website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the need for more customizable templates, especially around the AI cases, to be lacking. Having a little more customization would be nice compared to what we have currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to manage leads and pipeline, ensuring automations for my sales team. It solves the visibility problem over deals and provides tools for automations. It also brings AI capabilities to our workflow, saving time on manual tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I work with a client that utilizes Salesforce and find it useful to update order status. The integration with email for new orders and being able to update existing orders is easy to navigate and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
When clicking on the link in the new order email, it would be beneficial to have the app take me straight to the order instead of logging in then typing/pasting the work order in the search field.

The advantages of using the dashboard help keep track of outstanding work orders, parts and technicians' work.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it has helped my company manage the sales workflow more clearly. With the help of the platform, you can easily view the entire sales pipeline and see all the new leads and closed deals the company has generated. This helps the company track the whole progress of leads and understand what each team member is working on.

The problem being solved is to have a centralized platform to track leads' progress and completed deals.

I like that Salesforce Sales Cloud makes me very accurate with tasking and probably enjoy seeing my opportunities grow when I add deals to my pipeline. The initial setup was also very easy.

Streamlined Cloud CRM That Simplifies Sales Processes
What do you like best about the product?
I am in the Salesforce Ecosystem since last 1 year, from my experience I like the whole CRM is build on cloud and one platform to go. If you are using SalesForce Sales Cloud for CRM from Lead capturing to Opportunity closing, it is very streamlined and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite being the biggest CRM in the world, Salesforce still lacks in the new AI era. Still they have introduced many versions of Agentforce in past few years, but it is not ready to compete with other AIs in the market right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is trying to retire old excel sheets for business needs, like now no need to track and handle every lead or Account from that boring excel sheet, Salesforce Sales Cloud as the name suggest is on cloud, so any member of SF Org can access data and handle it from anywhere and from any device.
