Squadcast helped us to streamline and automate our incident response processes. incidents are detected, assigned, and resolved quickly and efficiently. It provides a centralized platform for managing incidents.

Squadcast is a commercial product and it is costly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Squadcast helped us providing resoultion on the incident quickly. We were using opensource monitoring system where we dont get proper alerting solution.

What do you like best about the product?
On-Call & Incident Response,Service Catalog,Status page and its very quick and accurate on time really healpful for production usage and incident monitoring in IT

Nothing as per now , till now the sqaudcast is working great

Sqaudcast is a platform that has been purpose built to address these challenges. Our integrated platform unites on-call alerting, incident management, and SRE workflows in one offering, automating human tasks efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I have integrated squadcast for alerting and monitoring all the machines in production environments too found this really helpful and easy to integrate and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing Its easy to setup and integrate as per the documentation.

Quick alerts and Notifications for the issues and very much accurate and precise. Helped us to take quick actions based on the incidents with proper reporting from squadcast

Best about squadcast is its alerting features and ability to define escalation matrix.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the alerts and send to multiple people at once even after having a proper escalation matrix define.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to receive calls for our infrastructer outage, based on the defined escalation matrix, it helps us to be notified and hence results in resolving critical issues at the earliest.

Very good rather than pager duty, will suggest to all my friends and other company friends and ui is best, get alerts very fast and reliable

It get call for all members all at once, it should have a round robin, should improve this

Need to solve the issue of getting call to every member of my team as sometimes get frusted, and it should get fast response

This is the best tool which i have ever used. Highly recommended

It helps us to solve the problems if the URL is down. it triggers an alert and we get a notification over the phone
