Squadcast is a really helpful product for alerts
What do you like best about the product?
Squadcast is a beneficial product for alerts, and it helps in letting us know real-time updates for any critical outage during our off shifts, and we are better equipped to handle the alerts efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not seen any downsides in using the squadcast so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are immediately able to see whenever there is a major service outage in the location and we are able to quickly get into a call and resolve the issue if something bad happens in the buliding.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I recently start using Squadcast, For me it seems very natural and easy to use. I am a new user and will explore more and update the review.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much dislike it for now, integration with Datadog is very intuitive for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for alerting purposes. on-call management. priority the alerts.
Streamlined Incident Resolution
What do you like best about the product?
Squacast Gives real time alerts,also gives an alert schedule which is most effective thing about the squadcast which i like. Also a live site monitoring is a great feature i used and like the most

There is nothing in this squadcast which i didn't like about, i like all the facilities and services provided, countered some bugs while using it but it is negligible to an attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Squadcast is solving a problem while website down it gave real time alert about the website is down via calls.SMS,and E-mail.It also get integrated with another application like slack and others.
Great tool for business
What do you like best about the product?
gives you better reports and notifications on alerts set.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. using this for critical events alerting.

Gives instant alerts on events which might impact business. gives good ability to resolve issue ASAP once alert is given

Squadcast is innovating the on call space
What do you like best about the product?
I like that squadcast is changing up the game in the on-call space by providing customization around alert supression/deduplication as well as automation around specific alert sources such as cloudwatch infra alarms . I understand that squadcast is a start up and early on, but they combat that by being very responsive on the support side of things. Communication is key in the startup realm!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some UI things seem complex/unclean, such as the different views for schedules. The week view is a little too cluttered to read, but the month view is my favorite. It would be nice to be able to change your default view on the schedules. I'd also prefer to see the final rotation as the default since that's what is most important when taking a look at the schedule.
One other thing I'd point out is performing "mass actions" is not the most intuitive. For example, if I have 20 incidents that I know are all the same thing and I want to acknowledge or resolve them all, I have to change the incident filter in order to do so. It would also be nice to have a feature where I can group incidents into one. If I can just say "These 20 incidents are really just one incident".

Squadcast is currently providing automaton around our scheduling and communication through the on call process. Eventually, we will also tie the status page into things and have more of a robust customer support flow coming through squadcast as well.
Squidcast for Incident Response
What do you like best about the product?
It is best tool for incident response. Its instance response notification system which gives immediate notification.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not communicating with all systems. For example not taking responses from Armor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not want single minute of down time for our web application. By any means our web application goes down , we get immediate notifications via email, call and SMS and we take require action.
My go-to for critical incident management
What do you like best about the product?
For me, the interface is very intuitive; it's easy to find what needs to be done for open incidents. It's also really easy to create services and integrate alert sources and other tools into Squadcast. The mobile app is really good, too; I depend on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a little bit of a learning curve on modifying existing alert sources for a service. I'm used to it now, but that's one area where the UI could use some improvement. I'd also like a little more variety in configuring private status pages. Most of the people who need to see status pages are internal users but they're not Squadcast users. So if I need a private status page, I'd probably use another tool for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Squadcast lets me reduce some of the noise from our various monitoring toolsets, so that I can look in one place for alarms that need action taken on them. The alerting features built into a lot of monitoring tools fall short for me, and Squadcast helps me make sure that I'm seeing critical alerts in a single place.
Overall experience was good with squadcast. Sometime it keep notifying for duplicate alerts

It's automatic acknowdgment system. It's very precise and assign to correct person.

Duplicate alerts. Many times I used to get duplicate alerts for the same issue if one is still in progress
