Accurate Information Grabber
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I have the ability to find direct numbers to reach most prospects

When I don't get direct numbers to reach some prospects

It's not 100% accurate all of the time, but ZoomInfo does well to keep up with contacts and update them regularly

It is often out of date by years when prospecting the UK and Europe

List of companies to prospect and sometimes direct dials and mobile numbers

I don't know what alternatives there are
Good contact info, poor info on employee count, strong SFDC integration
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo's contact info is good. Phone numbers and emails are fairly reliable. Easy to import contacts into SalesForce when set up as a plugin. Also easy to search for accounts and contacts from within SalesForce, and import to create new contacts and accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The employee counts are trash. Everything falls into a bucket (25, 50, 100, 375, etc.,) but when you look at the actual employees in the company, it can be far off from the stated number. For example, ZoomInfo says "375 employees" and when you actually click into the account to look at the employees, there might be 45.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to find companies, employees, and contact info is very good. Strong benefit for a sales organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool for finding contact info for prospects. Not sure on the back end, but seems easy to connect to SalesForce, and strong ability to quickly import contacts on a one off basis, or in bulk. The contact information isn't perfect but is very good.

What do you like best about the product?
the direct dial numbers make it much easier to get a hold of your prospects. These numbers sometimes include cell phones
What do you dislike about the product?
the triggers can be hard to prove. For instance there is no articles backing up the statements in the triggers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easier to find key decision makers at companies and contact them quickly. It has help so much with reducing the time it takes to find your contacts info. The triggers have helped with establishing the tech already in place

What do you like best about the product?
I love that zoom info provides direct lines and contact info for companies and contacts that we would not be able to reach otherwise. The tool has helped us get many meetings and that is priceless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you have to use credits to get the contact info. It would be nice to build lists without the concern of using up all your credits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to set more meetings in a quicker timeframe with ZoomInfo.
Fantastic database for growing your company's contact base
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to accurate filter by industry, sector, company to search for a contact, which ensures that you view only the contacts most relevant to your business requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some issues with contact data returned being out of date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously lacked a tool which provided us with one central repository to find the people to contact who would benefit most from our business service offering. Implementing ZoomInfo at our firm allowed our sales team to secure a number of new clients, who continue to engage our services.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Zoominfo to any business for whom securing new client leads is an important part of their sales/marketing strategy.
Best international coverage!
What do you like best about the product?
We are an international business and absolutely need coverage in EMEA, APAC and other non-North America regions. Zoominfo has been the best solution for our company to get that coverage at an affordable price.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data can be outdated, but I've dealt with worse quality from other companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is helping us find relevant contacts and contact info for our target customers. It is also helping append our CRM data with correct contact info.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask for feature enhancements that you need. They are eager and willing to build out new ideas. We have been part of several beta programs that have turned to complete customer offerings.

What do you like best about the product?
The database is very complete, the usage is super easy and have integrations with our CRM software, so we save a lot of time
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes data is not really up to date, and we are finding old contact details. This is happening to us around a 8% of the times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We spend less time looking for good leads details and thanks to the integrations we also save time on copying details into our CRM

It is worth the investment. Is saving us a lot of time and letting us be much more successful in our targeting

I needed to be able to pull contacts from different organizations especially organizations who will not transfer to the correct departments without a name. It helped me to build rapport with the operators and have better engagement
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would absolutely recommend others to use Zoom it is efficient and saves time when you need to seek information in an organization. When I lost the ability to use the Zoom tool it made things a lot more difficult for me in my day to day activities.
Solid lead data, tight integration w/ Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless experience with Salesforce, easy access to direct emails and phone numbers for prospects. It works well especially for larger accounts, but can be tough when it comes to S&M biz and startups where they barely have phones.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data isn't always accurate, incorrect numbers and email addresses. There have been technical hiccups at times with the Salesforce integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expedited sales cycle, easier time breaking into net new logo accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There's no silver bullet for getting in touch with every lead at every account, but ZoomInfo does a solid job helping you get there.
