Get Direct Phone Numbers Easily
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can directly import contacts from ZoomInfo into Salesforce. I can also find direct phone numbers to contact leads. You can pull massive lists based on NAICS code (industry) on ZoomInfo as well, which is useful for large outbound campaigns. I like the salesforce integration widget where you are able to use zoominfo within salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the UI. I feel like it could be updated and flow better. i.e. it looks like it was made and never updated from early 2000's.

Great to grow your business in terms of doing outbound sales. It will allow you to get large leads list based on your target market.

I love how you can find direct phone numbers for marketing contacts.

It is kind of expensive and their sales and customer service folks are not that great.

Large database with direct salesforce integration.

Some info is outdated, like ex-employees or incorrect phone number/addresses.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to search for titles & names within target accounts. Direct dials & emails are normally accurate and it's nice they show the last time they have been validated.

Have not found anything yet that I dislike

Reduce time searching for contact info of prospects and list building.

Run a trial and compare accuracy of results to your current provider and others in the space.
A lot of data but not easy to find

Has a great deal of data on companies that are in it's database - some of the companies I deal with (non-profit) don't show up

Non-profits don't get listed a lot of the time and when they do the Annual Revenue is way off.

Trying to see if a company/prospect is in my territory and revenue range

For contact information it's pretty darn accurate - the importing feature for salesforce is very useful. I can also import into Outreach (mass emailing) which is very nice.
Zoominfo review for recruiting leads - both client and candidate
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo continously updates their database on a daily basis of over 175 million leads and hundreds of thousands of companies of all sizes. Their bots or spiders that crawl the internet do a fantastic job of collecting real time data on those that are included in their database to have a clear view of who they are and how to be reach out to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much to complain about at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of finding top notch candidates for many open positons that I have and the system is very easy to use. Drills down to the nitty gritty of filtering out what you need and don't need. Have been able to have many candidates filled in open positons that have had in the past.

the price :-) per subscription. they should plan some packages for smaller companies with 1 subscription

Great Prospecting Software for Marketing & Sales
What do you like best about the product?
This software has many informational fields to create targeted prospect lists based on role, industry, company size by employees or by revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the contact data is not as up to date as sold with many people no longer at the company or not tagged as in the right role. In addition, while the software is sold as an "opt in" with permission, it is clear that some contacts are not aware they are on a targeted list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were launching a new brand and had to build a marketing program from scratch - as we didn't have a marketing list or prospect list to start lead generation email marketing efforts. Although we sent quite a few emails to large lists in the beginning, we have realized higher than average email open rates and click throughs, so we are very pleased with the engagement from contacts within the program.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider this product if you are looking for ways to jump-start lead generation efforts within marketing and sales. I like how the software allows you to create prospect lists by industry, role and company size. However, be aware that although contacts have opted in to a list, they have not necessarily opted in to your marketing or sales list.
