Easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is great! Super easy to use. Every team I've worked with enjoys the interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they checked for phone number accuracy a little more often than they do. I get bad numbers probably for every 1 dial out of 10 that I make.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo allows me to gather contact information for new prospects to sell to.

What do you like best about the product?
Amount of contacts I am able to find/purchase. Being able to sort out the ones I do not need before purchasing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Process can take awhile to widdle down exactly what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding marketable contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is extremely easy to use and very straightforward in what it's supposed to do. Enter the company and you get a list of employees ranked by most recently updated and the information is very accurate (when you're looking at most recently updated).
What do you dislike about the product?
The search can get a little crazy when the company name is common or if it has multiple words in it's name. You will sometimes get multiple companies showing up and only be able to filter it by adding a contact as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps us to ensure we have the most accurate data (emails and phone numbers) and it comes in handy when you get bounce back emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's usually more accurate when you know the exact person you are looking for. Also, if you are prospecting a new employee, you can get the email style (first.last@company.com) and it's usually very accurate.

ability to identify passive candidates and direct contact information for potential targeted clients

cost of exporting data - the data is sometimes old and not accurate. many times I will need to cross reference in LinkedIn.

What do you like best about the product?
Their accuracy they have with the emails and direct dials for prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reach out sometimes says they do not have a person's contact information, however when you go to the ZoomInfo website the contact information is there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding prospects contact information

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can find information needed to fin potential prospects. It also helps when we don't have all of the information needed to process leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the time the information is correct, however sometimes the information is outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updating information in our database.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use the search options to drill into the specific types of contacts I am looking for. You can get very specific in a short amount of time allowing my prospecting efforts to take place quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the accuracy of some search options, in particular when differentiating by company headquarters I find accounts to be listed incorrectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of needing prospects to sell too, but not having visibility in a scalable way to identify them.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface. Much improved over earlier ones. Software using the "walkthrough" approach to building queries and storing results always gets a + from me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The query building is great, but it would be very useful to be able to save the query groups into a single saved query that can be reused. Having to rebuild queries from scratch every time is a bit tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building a base of leads for sales use, appending data to existing or partial records. Prospecting for new leads.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can set filters based upon my territory and target market to get direct lines/emails of decision makers. I like how it automatically syncs with Salesforce and creates leads with the click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not every company is in the database. If this is your only prospecting tool and the company is not listed, your course of action is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has cut down the admin time it would take me to manually find and create leads. It also exposes me to companies/people I wouldn't have found on my own.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zoominfo is going to be your best bet. Arguably the best prospecting tool on the market.
