Easy Contact Access and Tailored Investment News in One Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily see contact information, and I also appreciate the investment news I set up through a filter. Overall, it’s a tool I’m always in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there's a lack of information about a contact. The filter UI can be difficult to use at times. Those are really the only two specific issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it very easy for me to access prospects when I need to get in contact with them. Specifically it has helped me close deals by seeing what my prospects are currently using and I can figure out how to position my product to that.

What do you like best about the product?
I like ZoomInfo Sales because it gives me real-time data on a large network of companies, making it easy to get leads and contact the right decision-makers. It provides the most up-to-date information regarding contacts, which is really useful when some companies' information is hard to find anywhere else. The extent of data is what I like most because it helps me get in contact with the right person without wasting much time. It makes the process a lot more efficient. You can integrate it with a CRM to streamline the process, and it is very good at supplementing my CRM and creating new leads for me. The initial setup was very easy; it took a little getting used to, but once I got the hang of it, it was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like sometimes for some companies, there may not be, like, the most up-to-date phone numbers for certain people. For the most part, it's good, but sometimes it does have some out-of-date information or somebody leaves the company, it may not be updated right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to easily access direct phone numbers and emails of decision-makers, making prospecting efficient. It provides real-time data and up-to-date information across a large network of companies, improving contact accuracy and streamlining CRM integration.

What do you like best about the product?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to analyze team sales, and I find the B2B platform extremely comprehensive and accessible. I like creating precise lists of potential customers using filters for company size, industry, revenue, and technology. The Intent data analysis helps me monitor my company teams to engage them at the right time. The scoops feature is very useful when pulling data for meetings. The initial setup was extremely easy.

I use ZoomInfo Sales to analyze team sales, target prospecting which my previous tool couldn't do, and create precise customer lists with company filters. The Intent data helps my teams engage at the right time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and appreciate the updated information available in ZoomInfo Sales. Having this readily available information saves a lot of time for the reps who would otherwise spend it searching for details.

It can have some wrong info on it.

Efficient Lead Search but Canada Data Accuracy Needs Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to quickly search for specific roles and targets for marketing leads. We have many different campaigns, and if we are looking for, say, HR Managers or IT Directors, we can do this easily and quickly with ZoomInfo Sales, pulling a spreadsheet of 500 contacts in minutes. The initial setup was smooth, with no major issues, and was completed in 15 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contacts sometimes are not valid (they no longer work there) or the information is not always correct. They should do a better job vetting the clients - we find we see a lot of data in Canada that is old or not valid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a fast, convenient way to pull leads and potential customers. It lets us quickly search for specific roles and target accounts, then generate a large list of contacts in a short time for our marketing and sales teams.

Efficient Data Retrieval, Challenging Login Experience

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how ZoomInfo Sales saves time by having a lot of the information I'm looking for. I like that most of the US leads I'm analyzing or looking for have their phone numbers and emails available. Finding relevant roles and buying groups also saves a lot of time. The initial setup was very easy with an invitation email from the admin, and we were easily onboarded.
What do you dislike about the product?
Logging into ZoomInfo Sales is a horrific experience. Very often it doesn't work properly, whether it's username/password log in, or SSO. It just won't let you into the platform. Something just doesn't work right, the page often doesn't react when either I select SSO, or when I enter login details. It is quite frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales for finding buying groups, new leads, and their phone numbers and emails. It saves time by having lots of information I'm looking for. I like that most US leads have phone numbers and emails, and finding relevant roles saves time too.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy to search for employee data and view the team hierarchy using a domain or a specific employee email address.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data isn’t always the most up to date, and it sometimes misses contact information for certain employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the Salesforce integration, it’s simple to find new contacts and import them straight into Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
It finds people and their details that I can’t even find on LinkedIn. It gives the best ROI according the price they take. It integrates well with other platforms. UI is really nice
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes works very slowly, which causes issues, and their customer support also sometimes lacks a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I said, it helps me find people I can’t find on LinkedIn using their database. I’m not sure how they get the data-whether it’s through AI or something else-but it’s been great and helps me hit my KPIs. It helps me automate my workflows alot
