I think it’s important they don’t focus to heavily on AI there is still a huge integration opportunity!

So many problems, connecting LOB apps is a big one. Moving Data, improving automations!

What do you like best about the product?
We are able to connect many apps easily. We don't need tonbuild them from the scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price is too high to purchase and complex workflow.

Repetitive tasks done automatically from workato.
If there is API avilable you can integrate anything via Workato

Easy to authenticate, map the fields, convert the data using formula, send notifications, integrating multiple tools and updating.
What do you dislike about the product?
checking logs for backdated event, finding any particulate job that is completed.

Workato is helping us automate processes and reduce manual work, which saves time and improves accuracy and updates our system real-time.

Easy to build and understand the development. It has the understandable User Interface with out struggles. Excellent customer Support and it has pack of features available for Integration and Automation

the easy as it is to implement as easy is to missed the objetive i think it still need more focus on test cases... some way to automatize them even more.

Workato allows me to never say no. If I need a specific automation to help close a deal. I know that I can solve it.

The workflows and the nodes could need a face lift. But hey... it works!

Workato is often the cherry on the top. Helping me close deals for my reps by adding that extra or Final part of the sales flow.

What do you dislike about the product?
Workato can have a steep learning curve for beginners, especially when setting up advanced recipes with nested logic or custom connectors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps automate communication between Jira and Slack, so we don’t miss important updates and can respond faster. This removes manual work and keeps everyone in the loop without needing to check Jira constantly. It’s a small but valuable boost to our team's efficiency.
Automation Feels Like a Breeze with Workato!
What do you like best about the product?
We use Workato almost everyday to solve complex use-cases and I love how I can spin up recipes from scratch to production in a matter of hours. Super user-friendly and easy to integrate with a lot of other platforms. Rodrigo from Workato's Solution team has also been very helpful in sharing the best practices to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting between different sub-tenants can be improved.
