the live implementation of the different recipes is amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
the easy as it is to implement as easy is to missed the objetive i think it still need more focus on test cases... some way to automatize them even more.

What do you like best about the product?
Workato allows me to never say no. If I need a specific automation to help close a deal. I know that I can solve it.

Im now a confident workato builder, and it takes me minutes to integrate and automate systems. Building is rapid and the result is instant.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflows and the nodes could need a face lift. But hey... it works!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato is often the cherry on the top. Helping me close deals for my reps by adding that extra or Final part of the sales flow.

Implementation has transformed process automation with quick deployment and excellent support

What is our primary use case?

We use Workato for our G&A across finance, accounting, procurement, audit and compliance, HR, GTM which covers sales, marketing, customer success, as well as IT.

Wherever we need process automation, APIs, reverse ETL, event-based automation, intelligent document processing, or need to build AI agents, that's where we are using Workato.

Currently, I cannot share the exact count of users, but it includes the COE (Center of Excellence) and several lines of business including the marketing and HR departments.

What is most valuable?

There are several features I find best about Workato, with the first being its ease of use, reduced time to market, and their customer support.

It serves as a one-stop shop where you can maximize coverage on both the automation and AI side.

The initial setup of Workato is easy to use, and the customer support team ensures proper adoption of the Workato platform, helping us solve the right problems. We are getting benefits from it, adding business impact and value.

What needs improvement?

While there are still a few areas where Workato has room for improvement, they’re making impressive strides in advancing their AI capabilities and enhancing their RPA features. Their recent conference showcased significant progress in this direction and was truly a remarkable experience.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Workato for almost three years now.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The stability of the product is quite stable.

How are customer service and support?

Their customer success team, support team, leadership and account executives are amazing.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I have used different solutions before.

What other advice do I have?

I have experience in the automation space for more than 18 years, and I have worked on multiple integration platforms including JCAPS, Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus, BPM, MuleSoft, Boomi, and SnapLogic.

With Workato, you can automate any use case, but before implementing your use cases, I suggest understanding your processes better.

Try to optimize the processes and make sure you have good data quality because with Workato, you can automate any complex process, but if you do not optimize your processes or work on your data quality, it will be garbage in, garbage out.

I would recommend this product to other people. I rate Workato an 8 out of 10. I believe if they offer RPA capabilities, it will become a Swiss army knife to solve all automation use cases.

Work on the process, data quality, and then focus on the automation.

What do you like best about the product?
Workato stands out for its user-friendly interface and low-code/no-code approach. The platform supports a wide variety of connectors. I especially appreciate the intuitive recipe builder, which simplifies complex workflows without needing deep coding knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workato can have a steep learning curve for beginners, especially when setting up advanced recipes with nested logic or custom connectors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps automate communication between Jira and Slack, so we don’t miss important updates and can respond faster. This removes manual work and keeps everyone in the loop without needing to check Jira constantly. It’s a small but valuable boost to our team's efficiency.

Automation Feels Like a Breeze with Workato!

What do you like best about the product?
We use Workato almost everyday to solve complex use-cases and I love how I can spin up recipes from scratch to production in a matter of hours. Super user-friendly and easy to integrate with a lot of other platforms. Rodrigo from Workato's Solution team has also been very helpful in sharing the best practices to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting between different sub-tenants can be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation tools are incredible and the low-code interface makes it really easy for users to build.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workato overall is great. Very hard to dislike, but at times there is so much they offer that it can be hard to narrow down what you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual operations and manual labor l. Workato is providing fast and efficient automations. It’s syncing data for clients across systems.

We especially value the emerging Genius and AI capabilities, which enable us to build agentic workflows that integrate with Slack and support human-in-the-loop scenarios. What do you like best about the product?
I like that at the core of the offering, it really is empowering humans to unlock their potential and show them that what they believed was impossible for themselves is now possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
From a business standpoint, I worry about Workato catering to the business on industry knowledge which then may limit the company's identity. The core of each company and the identity they have is different from others which helps make us a strong society by competing. I see a world where every company uses Workato. In that sense, alongside powering the individual, empower the company not only on its productivity but on its identity.
