Worketo integration platform
What do you like best about the product?
easy to integrate, it's low-code/no-code integration useful to handle active server-based connections. i used to integrate Salesforce to sharepoint with Workato. It is easy to use, anyone can understand how to work with it, and there is chat support between user, and I'm Workato certified
What do you dislike about the product?
Did not found any issues while using Worketo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration work was very useful in automating record handling through data replication, which significantly reduced manual record creation and migration efforts in my project.

We are only just beginning to tap the capabilities that Workato provides, but we have already found ways to save a tremendous amount of time and money using this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be diffult to understand how to optimize recipes in high data volume where performance and task usage really matter.

We are using Workato to streamline manual data entry and synchronize data between multiple systems.
Easy and Simple
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to build integrations… build it once and you don’t have to build it again or maintain it. Focus on your core product not your auxiliary outputs .
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not a dislike but it would be nice if Workato was more hands on with the integration partners and getting access to sandbox accounts.

Workato has made a big impact for both my company and myself. It lets me look at the work being done around the company and lets me make a big impact on improving that work.

The connectors aren't always up to date when a company updates their apps.

It lets me automate a lot of tedious processes and keep our compliance up to snuff
A Reliable Partner for Everyday Automation
What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive once you start building workflows. I like that I can connect multiple apps and services without heavy coding, and the visual editor makes it easy to follow the logic Automations run consistently in the background, and i can check logs if i need to troubleshoot. and its easy to use and users can easily navigate to things. and integration is easy with just couple of clicks.

It's working fine, as of now i haven't any issues. its ease to use.

We have cut on manual data entry and repetitive updates, Workato keeps information flowing between tools automatically, which means fewer mistakes and more time for actual work.
Workato Makes Our Workflow So Much Easier
What do you like best about the product?
Workato is super easy to use, even for someone like who don't have technical exp. Those can also learn this easily. I love how quickly i can automate processes between tools like Salesforce and Slack. Setting up integrations doesn't feel like rocket science, and the pre built recipes really help speed things up. it's honestly saved me hours of repetitive work.

Haven't noticed any problems yet, it's working smoothly now

Before workato we were spending too much time manually Transferring data between systems. Now everything happens automatically which means i don't have to worry about errors or delays anymore.

What do you like best about the product?
Workato's existing library of connectors and recipes gives you a huge leap forward in your time-to-market for customer integrations. That included with the depth of knowledge in their internal resources and the ease of use in their recipe builder and documentation around connectors allows for fast and efficient building of a multitude of integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside we've encountered is the overall cost. But the age old saying stays true of you get what you pay for. This platform is not cheap but it has been well worth the cost to us.

Reducing our engineering investment and time to market for needed integrations.
Super user intutitive platform to build workflows!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how reliable Workato is. As someone who was new to the tool months ago, I was able to quickly learn by doing and the platform was very user intuitive for me to pick up things. We utilise workato for many custom requirements
What do you dislike about the product?
None as such. I only wish we had 24/5 support available to me!

We use Workato for developing custom integrations using APIs
A No-Code dream for Seamless Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use. The UI and the overall product are easy to interact with.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, finding the right approach for building a recipe is where I get stuck. I know there can be various approaches to build one - I struggle to find which is the most efficient approach to reduce the number of jobs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me build a lot of intergation connections at scale in significantly less amount of time, which usually takes days to complete now takes me an hour or two to complete.
The ability to invite customer collaborators also lets me lean on the customer for any change management.
