Intelligent Document Generation for your Salesforce Processes
What do you like best about the product?
Cutting edge, takes advantage of new SF functionality without relying on classic objects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support has gone down hill in the last 5 years. It's harder for clients to manage from the start. Much more complex than it used to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generate complex documents that are tailored to the opportunity and don't require editing after the fact. Conditional text, emailing copies, attaching to records. Lots of features.
Conga Composer has made a huge impact on improving the efficiency of our company.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate document creation for long legal documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting started was a learning curve but well worth it!

Conga Composer helps us deliver documents to our clients much faster than creating them from scratch.
Great Solution for our Needs
What do you like best about the product?
We use Conga Batch to generate mailed letters to prospective students and it's nice that any Salesforce user can view the letters along with the dynamic content we've sent.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a learning curve when setting up your Conga solutions. We used to use Conga Mail Merge which was very easy to use but I believe there are a significant number of customizations you get with the updated system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have the ability to customizing documents just as you would through Word or a PDF. Other doc gen systems we've used have formatting outside of Word and it's a challenge to get these other formats to work with typical microsoft suite programs.
Best compatible and easily integrate with CRM's like Salesforce, SAP, etc
What do you like best about the product?
It is very compatibale with CRM systems. I am using Conga with Salesforce and it is integrated very well. Also they provide end to end support which is really helpful. Conga templates are easy to modify as per the requirement and easy to generate. Our employees are using conga frequently and we are happy with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
To raise a support ticket with conga is quite a long process. The Customer support services should be fast and should be easy to reach out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need veriety of templates as per the region. So generating different different quotation per region was te difficult task for us. But with Conga we can automate and can provide veriety of templates to generate to our employees.

Automate documents generation we can even send emails automatically.

Sometimes when we have comolex data scheme might be a tricky to deal with it.

Documents automation
Overall, a great component that can generate various forms in just a few seconds.
What do you like best about the product?
Creating order forms or order processing forms is made easy, utilizing data already entered into Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the server experiences downtime, preventing our representatives from creating forms. Additionally, it seems that this feature is not supported within the Salesforce mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga Composer solves the problem of creating business-required forms efficiently by capturing data already entered in Salesforce and generating them in seconds.
Saving time
What do you like best about the product?
We use alot of templates in Word, PPT, PDF, which are now being generated automatically using Conga in Salesforce. Our Admins save anywhere from 2-10 minutes per form generatation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations on formatting when trying to export OCR and OAR information.

Manual input to our forms of information stored in salesforce and now be automated.

What do you like best about the product?
They have some great templates in Conga Composer that I can use.
What do you dislike about the product?
there are some delays with the APIs which makes the user responses slower sometimes

Reporting on various has been an issue and Conga can quickly generate custom reports for me.
You get what you pay for
What do you like best about the product?
Rock-solid reliability and consistently without glitches
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a good deal of time to populate the 8 agreements in our signing session, and the cost has us going elsewhere. We will keep it active as we ramp up a competitor with less features but significantly less costly. Unfortunately. I love Conga, but the quality comes at too steep of a cost for our use case.

It's not really solving anything per se, but we use it for repetitive contract generation

Conga Composer integrates seamlessly with Salesforce which is highly valuable.

It is pricey but other than that no complaints.
