Conga Composer Delivers Results
What do you like best about the product?
This product is helpful for achieving very complex document-generation use cases. It leverages SOQL query features to pull data from multiple objects and publish it in the required format, including tables. Supports multiple formats that includes PDF and also has features to automate the document generation process. Having good customer support features like auto package upgrade.
What do you dislike about the product?
Conga Composer’s UI feels outdated, and it would be more helpful if more help text were added throughout the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga Composer helped us achieve complex template generation involving multiple objects and multiple child-object records. It made it easy to generate a consolidated template that included all the required data in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Conga Composer is how it removes the manual work from creating documents. Instead of copying information from Salesforce into Word files, everything is pulled automatically and placed into a predefined layout and it is easy to setup and is being used by business for daily purposes of document generation. This makes proposals and other customer documents more consistent and much easier to produce. It also fits well into our existing Salesforce setup, so users don’t have to learn a completely new system. The support is very responsive,
What do you dislike about the product?
Designing document layouts can take some time, especially when documents include many sections or conditional content. It usually requires testing a few times before the final version looks exactly right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga Composer helps us avoid manual document preparation, which used to take a lot of time and caused mistakes. By generating documents directly from Salesforce, it keeps everything accurate and standardized. This allows our teams to respond to customers faster and send more professional-looking documents.

Versatile Document Generation, But Needs Improved Scalability
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Conga Composer is that it is very easy to use and can be used across platforms, providing an API-based approach to generate documents. Additionally, I appreciate that we can create Conga composer templates using Word, Excel, PDF, and PowerPoint feature such as tables, clauses, redlining, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Conga Composer sometimes lags performance and scalability side, when we have a large document to generate. And there are some Excel features that are not so supported in Conga Composer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga Composer solves the problem of generating documents from any portal, not just Salesforce. We can use it for document generation tasks on app or websites or e-commerce portals, utilizing the Conga Composer API.
Easy-to-Use Conga Composer with Seamless Salesforce Integration and Helpful Support
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Conga Composer its easy to use UI and simple integration with Salesforce. The end users find it very easy to navigate through the Conga Composer for generating the documents. For any assistance required on Conga Composer, the Conga Support team has always helped us with the correct steps and next actions. Due to its simple setup, most of the time the users use Conga Composer for generating the documents which also includes data directly from Salesforce CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many a times, we observe time out errors when the document generation happens for larger documents and occassionally, the time taken to generate these documents is also more than the expected time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our organization, most of the business users don't have much technical expertise. However, Conga Composer being easily configurable, most of the users don't find any difficulty in using it. They carry out the document generation without much manual efforts. Also, many a times users have a requirement where they want the document in a specific format. Using Conga Composer, we can create dynamic templates which can be used for the end users for generating the document and the formatting is also maintained during the generation.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Conga Composer's simplicity. It's easy to implement, as we just need to set up the template based on our needs and then design a solution on the Salesforce side. This allows us to have the basic Conga solution ready for our agreement tasks. It's also useful because we can utilize both Salesforce and Word functionalities, which is very helpful in generating agreements.
What do you dislike about the product?
So, there are different functionalities I would suggest. So, whether it is negotiation or situations where we need to parallel reduce multiple parties are involved. I think those functionalities are not available. It's not available online. We have to use it either on Salesforce. So I think those are the features that maybe Conga Composer can add in the future, and it will be helpful to customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Conga Composer for agreement centrication, pulling data from Salesforce and merging it with templates. It solves the problem of generating custom agreements with branding and personalized content, making it easier to meet diverse customer needs and business requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
Conga Composer helps in generating the document by automatically populatin real time data from CRM. It also helps in generating documents in bulk without much performance degradation. The interation with Salesforce is quite simple and it doesn't require much efforts. The documentation for Conga Composer as well the support provided by Conga is excellent, which makes it very easy to implement this with complex templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, creating complex templates with advanced features like conditional logic requires a complete training for that specifically for the users who are not familiar with Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our organization, we generally have scenarios where the document needs to be generated in bulk. Conga Composer automates this task quite efficiently and in this process the performance is not at all compromised. Moreover, as it is integrated with Salesforce, it makes the task of pulling data from Salesforce and generating based on that quite simple.

Composer is a great tool for document generation and the best part about is that it can automate this process by just a click of a button!

The Conga Composer is missing out on the AI features which I think should be incorporated for ease of use.

Conga Composer has streamlined our document generation process which was very complex earlier. We are able to gather data from multiple objects and use in our templates which is a great functionality in order to solve our usecases.

It has the ability yo create highly customisable templates, and it is easy to implement. It aurmates the document creation process and Conga has strong support team for any questions/ queries. Conga Composer excels at document generation, but its reporting features are not as robust as some uses may need. It is facing some issues while generating documents with a large volume.

It has very good accuracy and consistency along with great efficiency. It has excellent customer support for any help so it becomes easy to implement it.
