Quick and easy generation of documents with conga composer
What do you like best about the product?
Conga Composer enables rapid document generation, making it an ideal solution for integrating with our billing cycle. By leveraging its APIs, we can streamline the process, ensuring both speed and accuracy in document creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires experience template builder to configure templates and also difficult to debug the issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We successfully integrated Composer with our billing cycle and seamlessly incorporated Conga Sign. Depending on our data, we can send documents to clients through either the Conga Sign UI or API by adjusting a single parameter, making the process highly efficient.

Great tool to generate the templates with desired changes to the document.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to edit the template, as we go there will be different features for different use cases and implementation which will be achieved easily without any hassle. And we also have 24/7 customer support with all are queries and fixes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not beginning friendly, we will need basic trainings to get a hang of the product, however there are great documentations to help us on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga composer automates the creation of documents, reducing the time and effort required to manually create proposals, quotes, contracts, invoices, and other business-critical documents1. This automation ensures consistency and accuracy, minimizing human errors.

We use conga composer for document generation, and it's our greatest asset.
It's wide-ranging template library supports diverse business needs. Templates are highly customizable , aligning perfectly with out requirements. This flexibility and efficiency make it an invaluable tool for us

Occasionally, large template generation faces issues. Document creation can be time-consuming in such cases.

it has resolved the issue of manual document generation and provided a very good options to customizations

What do you like best about the product?
Conga Composer is a native Salesforce solution easy to install and configured.
The Conga Templates are based on Microsoft Office documents making easy for a end-user to prepare the models.
It is integrated with Conga Sign and can be fully automated using Salesforce flows.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some issues when you refresh a sanbox. the Production configuration is "copied" and sometimes it does not connect successfully. I had to contact the support for the new ORGID reference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have lots of different document to create real-time (membership certificates, payment receipt, proposals, order forms) using both standard and custom objects.
With templates based on Word or Excel, the end user can easily create the templates once trained. They are thus autonomous.

Perfect solution for generating standard documents
What do you like best about the product?
The generated document is grounded on platform data. Composer allows creating document contents with conditions, leveraging both MS-word functions and platform meta data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The composer doesn't work consistently when the content has tables and merge fields beyond a certain number. Also, there is no clear documentation on compatibility of conga composer with the CLM product it supports. Conga has 'CLM for salesforce', 'Contracts for salesforce' ,'Contracts', 'CPQ for salesforce' and many other products. Can composer work for all products?

Poor Admin Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
The classic version allowed us to be able to merge report data from multiple reports into a single document.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Admin documentation is a disaster. With so many similarly named products and a lack of clarity about what product is active and retired, finding an answer on my own is impossible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga is allowing us to merge multiple Salesforce reports into a Word Document for dispersal to users without Salesforce access (and who have no need for Salesforce access) across the org.

What do you like best about the product?
Conga composer is easy to integrate with Salesforce, it runs automatic updates. Worked on projects which use Conga Composer for digital certificate generation of a university and insurance document generation at an insurance company. This includes all levels of documentation involved in insurance process. Conga Composer is comprehensive tool which include reports and queries we can run to extract data on the fly to populate pre defined Microsoft Word files with merge fields. Visibility of these merge fields too can control via conditional if statements. Conga support is also excellent. Support engineers also very knowledgeable and provide prompt support.

There is a bit of learning needed for successful implementation of the tool

With Conga Composer we can generate dynamic rich documents.
Fast, Easy and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Conga Composer implementation was seamless. It's also very easy to create solutions and fetching data through query. We can also formatting to the template which is very important thing for us. The Support people are very friendly and helpful. Our users love to use it in their daily life.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Template creation part can be a bit tricky in the beginning. However, we understand that if the product is fulfilling all the use cases, it will be a bit complex.

We are using it to generate the document. As it fetches the value directly from salesforce record, it makes out life very easy and template formatting makes sure our branding is done properly.

What do you like best about the product?
Conga Composer is a great tool for making templates that can be used for generating dynamic content. The community and support is a great place to get all the answers to the queries. Building solutions, query builder and template formatting is really detailed keeping all the possible business use cases in mind. For user, it's quite easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to say if there is something I don't like about Conga Composer coz there isn't any. Just sometimes I face the template builder UI can be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Conga for mainly generating document having dynamic content from the Salesforce. the automation helps users to manage things properly and less chances of mistakes in documents.
