Great one click Document generation tool
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is integrated with the microsoft word and there are so many features that it can gives results that easily suit are business implementations. It is very user friendly and we always have a technical support to help us with the issues and provide resolution.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not beginner friendly, it takes time to create the Conga Composer solution. Once we know the flow and start using it frequently it becomes easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we face with developing a document template which is integrated with Microsoft and our data. It merges these two and provides us with the best and very flexible results. Updating and Regenerating to our desired format is also very easy.

Easy to manage, and templates for e-signatures are very consistent, a great tool for admins.

I wish there could be a wizard to make it more end user friendly

Conga is more essential that Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
We have a Salesforce Subscription just for Conga Composer. We can throw anything at it and get what we need. Our contracts can be quite complex. We have over 80 word and pdf documents that are combined into a single pdf, merged with hundreds of fields. We have if/then statements within Word to show or hide just the right text for different state laws. We have custom links and automatic field updates. Our Conga Composer merges all these fields together into a single zip, then passes this document straight into Conga Sign where our clients can sign in-person.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing we don't like. The document builder hasn't seen an update in a while but it works very well as is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our contracts are very complex. We operate over 9 different states. It pulls together all the templates we need, using formula fields, and generates a single pdf with all the signature tags we need for Conga Sign and OneSpan.
Conga - a solution that works!
What do you like best about the product?
Conga Composer helped us take our reporting that took 30 days to do and decreased it to 4 days. You set it and it works! Troubleshooting is easy and you can make it what you want it to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish Composer would pull SF Lightening graphs like it pulls the classic graphs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
pulling our client reports into PDF to send. This used to be a whole person doing this each month and now we can get it done in a few days

Pricing & Customer Support, frequency of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't seen any issues so far. With little issues we've encountered we manage to reach out to support team and fix the issues.

It helps us document agreements and make modification accordingly when necessary.
Conga is a Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
It's a game changer when it comes to quickly organizing customer-ready reports and decks in SFDC. Between our Sales and CSM team it saves us hours each month.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some techinical expertise to set up and use it. But once it's configured its great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use conga to run customer-ready utilization reports (Excel) and monthly client review decks (PPT). We offer clients a ton of data on their accounts and Conga allows us to quickly aggregate that data in a ready template.
A great document generation tool with countless applications
What do you like best about the product?
Conga composer allows quick document generation with or without user input into their interface. It is a great tool that is easy to install, configure, and deploy to users. It integrates seamlessly within Salesforce.
Whenever you have an issue there is a great community page to get answers from and our account rep has always been great at responses.

What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a little dated, but is still functional. Cost can be prohibative, but there are creative solutions around this by allowing the documents be created using a service account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga Composer allows us to quickly generate both quotes and contracts and when paired with Conga sign it will directly send them for signature.
Super intuitive and Customizable Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Composer has truly simplified a way for us to create different contract templates and order forms. I like the ease of use and how quickly I can put together a template when in a time crunch.
What do you dislike about the product?
If your not familiar with at least basic HTML, then it could be hard to wrap your head around creating field tags. Fortunately, Conga provides amazing learning resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Composer provides an easy to use solution that allows us to create contract templates which auto populates account/opportunty details directly into the contract. From there we can easily send via CongaSign.
Great product
What do you like best about the product?
This product help us to generate a document that took over 7 days to produce, down to minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The copy and paste of table fields. Would be nice builder a template that the table fields would be inserted.

Took several documents that took weeks to produce down to minutes
