What do you like best about the product?
Conga streamlines the proposal writing process utilzing our Salesforce data already contained in the account and opportunity objects. Its made creating proposals very efficient for our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, as a Salesforce partner its very easy to setup and utilize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its creating more time for our salespeople to sell by eliminating administrative tasks required to generate a proposal.

Conga is able to pull any and all data from Salesforce to quickly make professional documents to send to clients.

It helps generate contracts dynamically based on multiple templates and integration is awesome.

What do you like best about the product?
Conga is very versatile in generating word and PDF templates. I used it with Salesforce CPQ and thi is the best I have used till now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The template creation process is a bit complex and needs technical expertise. Also in some of the use cases, templates had limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it for quote document generation in Salesforce CPQ. With quotes, we also used it to generate other terms and conditions documents based on multiple scenarios.

It needs technical expertise, but if you have that then this is the best software for document generation.
