You get an excellent time-saver when you invest some time.
What do you like best about the product?
As soon as you learn how to make use of the Conga, it will become a very useful tool. Conga is extremely flexible, which means that you can make use of it to achieve a goal of creating paper. It's also a great customer service. You will find useful web resources with a few very simple questions, but Conga support staff is incredibly beneficial in case you need assistance with something. Document automation with a link to CRM information. E-subscription is a good feature , especially now that we're gone.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's often a bit scary to start using the software program first. There's a curve of learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga enables my coolleageus to produce immediately the documents that had previously been produced by you. They could also have features like attachments to Salesforce captures, which could save more time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In fact, a complete tour of the Conga application is useful. It was difficult for me to detect specific characteristics before, but the Conga tour helped me to discover them.

Some clients can't esign so we have to pull docs out of the system.

What do you like best about the product?
Conga provides the best CLM software in the industry. The software provides full transparency into each contract step. The document generation is easy, complex and easily reportable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to provide customizations that are not part of the standard software. We need customizations of additional forms, flows, and AI.

Reliability of information and streamlining the contract document generation.

I have not been using it long enough to experience any issues yet!

We are currently automating the creation of our sales Cover Sheets but will soon be expanding to other Conga products to do more with our system.
Easy process to pull data together and generate uniform documents
What do you like best about the product?
Very quick generation in a set format. Once set up it is very easy to maintain and it helps streamline sales and other processes.

not available to generate in every format

Allowing sales reps to generate insertion orders with the click of a button pulling in data from across salesforce. It also elimates having different versions of these documents as well as manual entry.

What do you like best about the product?
Eease of setup. Great customer support and abundant training materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Experienced some issues that ended up being Salsforce permission settings that prevented parts of the document to generate. Took some time to investigate.

Ease of use for sales reps to generate PDF quote documents.
Very user-friendly and beautiful output

I like that we can customize the template that is generated so it looks like our company's marketing material. It provides a nice, clear quote to the client.

Sometimes it takes a while for the document to generate once you hit the button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending out nice, marketing-blessed quotes that look professional. Everyone was sending out their own versions of quotes before. Now, it's quick, easy, standardized and clean. We are also going to be implementing Conga Contracts soon.

This tool makes things alot easier. The UI is nice, and very customizable.

Conga provides everything you need from training, templates and even to techincal assistance that allows you to get the job done even on small resource.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can something be too good? The learning curve for bringing someone new into the organization can be a little tough. We use it as an opportunity to give professional development.

No problems. Load of benefits. It definitely streamlines our documents and ensures all our partners are receiving the same level of service.
