No dislikes to share. The use of Conga has substantially improved and automated our processes.

The ability to pull multi-layered data from multiple objects at a time into a single document.

Somewhat archaic integration and flow from Salesforce to Conga

I am able to generate legal doduments at the end of a end user process for documentation purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
I love creating documents, It is the air I breathe and it is good. Before Conga I was lost in the either.

That I cannot create documnets as I am asleeep dreaming of Conga,

I am bringing about world peace one document at a time. I am saving so much time there is now so much more times for Activities. Conga, did we just become best friends"

The ability to extract any dat we want from Salesforce into a PDF or Word format

Building complex templates can be challenging

Generating documents that were previously written in Visual Force. Now we can create templates and easy update when changes are made

Do a trial make sure the product you are purchasing fits your needs
Great for Higher Education
What do you like best about the product?
We're able to submit create and send documents to prospective students during the admissions process. The documents are easy to generate and we are able to keep in line with our branding guidelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've not had issues with the tool. Everything is working great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the longest, our goal in the admissions department was to eliminate the need for physical files. Now that we are using this product, we are able to reduce the need to use physical student files. Since we have 3 different campuses, it helps the enrollment department to stremline their processes.
