What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to record and visualize the digital body language
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a huge fan of creating templates on the admin side
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
streamlined our proposal generation process and made them more marketable

What do you like best about the product?
It allows the business to make their documents more consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes during the automation of the document merge fields do not work dependent on how the field is named and if their are other fields with the exact same name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga allows us to send more emails and documents in a more efficient way. We are able to send more documents in a day bc the automation allows us to be more productive.

What do you like best about the product?
It just works. Mapping is easy. Document generation is easy. End user onboarding is easy. It solves so many problems so simply. Support is fantastic and documentation is easy to read.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I have no complaints, it is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing my end users to be self sufficient, to generate documents and submit for signature in one click. Being able to say "Yes" when asked "Can we do this?"

Composer helps us sell

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Conga Composer for our quotes and the best part is that we could create a quote that looked like our old Word doc. We can add pictures of our products and it was a seamless transistion from our old way of things to the new Conga way of creating quotes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest part of Conga Composer is editing the templates for our quotes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to create quotes for our customers that look and feel like our Word doc quotes.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create base documents and turn on certain parts with perameters built and customized to your org. The white pages were extremely knowlegable and easy to understand and build your knowledge.
Conga Support was great in regards to providing solutions and timely answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time spent learning how to build out buttons - but that would be in any given situation and with any product when implementing a new product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to generate documents hassle and headache free. Less voided documents. Clean experience for customers .

Helps Steamline our contract process for our sales reps

What do you like best about the product?
This has been benefically to help us transform from manunal entry or paper for our contracts. Giving the ability to create documents that turn on and off certain verbage so that our reps only havde to worry about providing the document to our customers. Removes out the administrative work for our users so they can focus on their job at hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't reached a dislike or downfall yet with it yet. We are still new in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transitioning into the ditgal age, removing out manual input (which removes cause for human error), streamline our contact lifecycle.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the declarative setup of most of the features Conga provides. You don't have to have a developer background to setup and use this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes i feels like there are so many features that you never really learn them all, but no real negatives of this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated invoice generation.

Brand new to Conga Composer

What do you like best about the product?
It has been super helpful to build out reports that may use different objects from Salesforce. Conga Composer has helped me to develop tools for our sales team to create and share reports with customers based on past usage and future opportunities. To this point, it has been a great addition to our Salesforce platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we are a pretty new customer of Conga, there isn't much that bothers me yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to get our sales managers data on our customers and all of their customers. It is wonderful to be able to quickly and easily generate a document that provides details for an accounts full 360 scope of business with our company
