Conga composer reports reliability
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the application’s performance and functionality work as expected each and every time it is invoked by my customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate a better educational and/or training sight for Conga development: something like Trailhead for Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a very specific reporting request for peace officer investigations. There is a fairly standard industry format for them and Conga allowed us to provide that for our customer

Makes sending mass emails and batch printing a breeze, even with complex formulas

Building the template can be complicated, but once set up it works great!! I wish the template builder would alow more complex conditions

it's easy to build and very flexible to incorporate various template. Love it that it can be downloaded to word doc now.

user has to do many clicks to get to the template.

I loled being able to create an interactive pdf without too much training.

I wish the menu for editing was more like Microsoft office so I would already be familiar.

We are invoicing and we can do things that s-docs cannot.

I’m always a fan of click not code solutions. For me it’s being able to quickly demo a working solution and getting stakeholders buy in early in the process. With tools like conga document generation is makes the process in Salesforce seamless.

Nothing dislikes about the product. I value all of the features and functionality.

Generating agreements from Salesforce and being able to pull in multiple objects data at a time.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create complex templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
When doing complex queries it may not know what’s missing. Support is amazing and helps quickly and reinforce you were on right path.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complies data from multiple objects including files
Beautiful reports your sales teams will love
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use tool that turns the data in Salesforce into useful reports your sales teams can use with clients. Run them as one off or as a batch job.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve (like any new app) but once you understand the process, creating new reports is not difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting data out of Salesforce in a way that can be used in a sales conversation was a challenge until we discovered Conga. Building the templates in Word allowed us to easily create reports that guide most of our sales team member conversations.
My Experience of Conga Document Generation
What do you like best about the product?
Conga allows merging of multiple documents into single document which is great and its integration with salesforce is easy to configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Conga does not allow custom development with visualforce and apex when needed customization at the salesforce end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using conga for Acknowledgement generation and merging multiple PDF document into one and sending these documents to sign to the end user via Conga sign.

Great tool for document generation and you can automate things as you want.
