What do you like best about the product?

Comprehensive & flexible for non technical super users

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility to both enhance our process & the output documents as we go along but also flexible to cater for multiple scenarios that need different communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
We rely heavily on a combination of workflow & scheduled Conductors to automate our processes, including out of hours. When the Conductor scheduling server has not worked this creates a lot of manual work & looses credibility with our users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Immediate communication with our donors, bookers etc. which is scalable as numbers increase
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Allow enough time to plan & implement in bite sized pieces then enhance

that we can customise as per our need and multiple people can manage templates

it is quite difficult to learn it in the first place as admin. as end user it is quite user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
Templating existing documents is a fantastic function of this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
template import is a bit of a faff. once you've got used to the import locations it does get easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the software helps to create documents that relate to your SF instance quickly, not only that different users can create documents that all look similar.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
think about the Templates right for you in the early stages.

An intuitive tool

What do you like best about the product?
The time I save with this tool. We make Quotations every day and the ease of use makes that process very efficient. This way we can deliver a quick pricing to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet found a thing that I dislike. I have been working with this tool for a couple of months now.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the tool for complex calculations which we use to make our Quotations.
By complex I mean, special discounts, agreements with our customers which are namely Government and Healthcare customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Its native to the platform and regular updates. Does what we need it to very simply and efficiently. Used mostly at the moment for invoicing and payments but looking to roll it our across HR and contracts. Good support team and they are regularly in touch with updates and developments,
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment it is fit for purpose and I am looking to use it more across teams going into next year. I can only recommend a little more material on training and how best to use the product as we could I am sure be using it even better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoice process automation, integration with Sage and Salesforce. We have used this across offices, in UK and US with multiple currencies. We are considering its use across internal contracts, terms documents and HR also.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are using salesforce and looking for a tool that is easy to use for beginners or small admins teams or a larger company with more diverse needs this is a very strong and versatile product.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way we can play around with templates and offer to provide the best experience to business.The different options to enhance customer experience provided by conga is really vast
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the debugging process in conga.We cannot copy the id of record from workflow dashboard.I had to depend on the conga support for debugging most of the time which i dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using conga for generating contract and orders for business.Sending signed contrat is one of the best features we are using with conga

Takes a bit of learning, but they do provide support

Great way to automate document creation

What do you like best about the product?
Very good tool to enable a truly automated process, for instance for Quote and contract creation. The breadth of the tool is amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool can do a lot, but administrating it takes some time to get used to, not completely obvious what to do at first..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have realized very large benefits in creating the contract documents, saving a lot of time and increasing quality

What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to use, and easy to send customised templates with. We can now adapt anything we need to in-house
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes hard to draw elements from different sections of Salesforce. Not as good for complicated documents.
