What do you like best about the product?
Conga Composer has an easy-to-use interface that lets users create and manage documents easily, without needing much technical knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although we can customize the templates, advanced formatting and designing options can be restrictive sometimes compared to other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Even people who are not extremely technical can benefit from the user-friendly interface.

Conga Composer makes document composition easy
What do you like best about the product?
It's the built in automation within Salesforce which helps us to generate documents without manual formatting and copy pasting of the data easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes throws error for the connection or URL related which may impact business hours for few minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time that we take to manually format any documents or any personalized templates which were time consuming is achieved within less time using Conga Composer.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Composer is its direct integration with Salesforce, which makes it simple and requires no manual work to pull data into documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the templates used are complex and if the documents to be processed are huge, we sometimes see a performance degradation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can add conditional logic to the template and can make personalized templates based on different criteria. This helps us satify most of the customer use-cases.

What do you like best about the product?
Documents of complexity are produced fast.
Dynamic templates are created easily by the users with this feature providing dynamic fields and conditional repeat tables for simple configuration. You can generate documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, and HTML email.

What do you dislike about the product?
We need Composer API documentation to help us proceed with integration, but we find it lacking. Conga Composer is now on platform but requires extra charges for us to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product enables fast completion of sales cycles through fast document creation which helps us finalize deals in time. You can access the product features either via user interface of APIs which is helpful for us. We have enabled Conga Platform for Composer and seeing improvement in terms of speed of execution.

What do you like best about the product?
Conga Composer makes document generation in Salesforce effortless. I love how it pulls data dynamically, keeping everything accurate and on-brand. It supports multiple formats like PDFs and Word docs, and the automation features save a ton of time, especially for bulk processing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup can be a bit complex, especially for first-time users. There’s a learning curve when configuring templates and automation, and troubleshooting errors isn’t always straightforward. Also, the pricing can be a little steep for smaller teams, and the UI feels a bit outdated compared to newer tools. That said, once everything is set up, it works smoothly.

Conga Composer takes the hassle out of generating quotes, contracts, and compliance documents. Instead of manually pulling data, it does it automatically from Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistency. For a manufacturing domain, this means fewer errors, faster processing, and smoother workflows—saving time and reducing risks.
Support for AI features is now making Composer a go to product for quick processing of contracts
What do you like best about the product?
Conga Composer which we were utilizing for Document Generation now has AI integrations and we can do tasks such as document generation, eSignature using simple prompts. Conga Provides a library of prompts which helps us guide our user on how to use Composer AI

There is no such improvement around other Composer functionalities] such as Composer solution or queries as Conga now only focuses on AI integration with Composer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our users used to do a lot of work manually, but now, with AI and simple prompts, they can complete most of their tasks in a very short period of time. The AI features are a huge time-saver, and we’re happy that Composer is moving in this direction.
Great Tool to Configure and generate documents without any hustle
What do you like best about the product?
As an Administrator I used Conga Composer every day and it is easy to use. Which fulfills all our implementation needs and business use cases. They have great technical support for helping us. It is easy to integrate with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a confusing to add the tags but once you get the hang of the tool it becomes easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to create and genrate multiple Templates for multiple regions. It is too difficult to create all the Templates manually. For solving this issue we are using Conga Composer. Conga Composer generate the templates as per the data in the Salesforce records and can be modified and generated multiple times and can also edit the template which suits our outcomes.

it has taken owner our document generation process from our previous tool which has made it faster and efficient and there are very less errors.

templates are hard to setup initially then customization of complex templates causes issues.

it has solved our issues with Manual document generation and it has various customization options which has been adapted in our systems and its integration is perfect.
