Makes Remote Brainstorming Truly Productive—Especially with “Bring to me”

  • May 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Miro is how it makes remote brainstorming feel genuinely productive. Instead of just staring at each other on a screen, my team can jump in right away and start moving sticky notes around in real time.

I use the “Bring to me” tool constantly when I’m leading a meeting—it’s the simplest way to get everyone focused on the same area without having to explain where I am on the board. It’s saved us from so many of those “Wait, where are you looking?” moments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when a board gets really huge with hundreds of stickies, I start to notice a bit of lag, especially when I’m zooming in and out. I’d love to see a ‘light mode’ or performance toggle for those massive boards so the interface stays snappy.

Another small frustration is that the mobile app feels like it’s just for viewing. I find it pretty difficult to move things around or make any meaningful edits unless I’m on my laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Miro, our remote brainstorming was really just one person sharing their screen while everyone else watched. It was slow and half the team would tune out. Now, everyone is active at the same time. It’s solved the problem of 'collaboration fatigue' and has definitely sped up our project kickoff phase because we can get all our ideas in one place in 30 minutes instead of back-and-forth emails.

Simplifies Team Collaboration with Ease

  • May 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to create boards for sharing with my team, creating workflows, and reviewing processes. I love how simplified everything is with Miro. The user interface is clear, making it easy to see what tools I need to use. Its performance is good, and it gets straight to the point of what you can do on the boards and how to create them. The initial setup was pretty easy and straightforward, definitely a 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like that in the free version, there would be at least a simplified version for teams to try out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro creates a centralized space for me to share boards with my team, create workflows, and review processes.

Easy-to-Use Whiteboard for Seamless, Collaborative Interactive Flowcharts

  • May 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easy-to-use interface, along with the whiteboard features it includes. I used Miro when we were undergoing a website revamp and needed a tool where we could create an interactive flowchart with website menu options. I created not just one, but multiple interactive flowcharts in Miro. I also liked that I could simply share the flowcharts I created with anyone by adding them to my workplace. Multiple people can work on the same flowchart at the same time seamlessly, which made our work much smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the free version, there’s a limited number of whiteboards and projects you can add to a single account. This can sometimes be a problem if you want to try multiple things and prototype several ideas at once. That said, it isn’t a very serious issue, since the free version already provides a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has tons of diagram shapes that make complex diagrams more understandable and presentable. It helps with all kinds of complex diagram presentations. We’ve created multiple interactive flowcharts in it, one for a website menu and another diagram we wanted to present in front of a client. Overall, it makes complex items look less cluttered and much easier to read.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for making Eco-system diagrams and project planning with my client. What I like most about Miro is the combination of visual thinking and collaboration. It turns complex architecture and planning into something visual, editable, and shareable. Miro helps transition meetings from being discussion-heavy to outcome-driven, saving time and providing clarity. It's great for collaboration, and the setup is quick and smooth. Miro allows teams to move from static or siloed tools to one collaborative visual workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Great for collaboration, but it needs discipline to avoid chaos and performance issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro turns complex architecture and planning into something visual, editable, and shared, making meetings outcome-driven. It combines visual thinking with collaboration, saving time and providing clarity.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for presentations and planning. I really like how intuitive and flexible it is. The infinite canvas offers the freedom to think and organize ideas without limitations. I value the ready-to-use templates which help kickstart workshops, journey maps, and brainstorming sessions faster. The real-time collaboration tools make it easier for our distributed teams to stay connected and work together, aligning stakeholders and organizing ideas in one shared space. Initial setup was super easy, which is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be improved is performance when boards become very large, as they can feel slower or harder to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us collaborate visually in real time with distributed teams. It solves problems like organizing ideas, mapping processes, running workshops, and aligning stakeholders in one shared space.

Miro: A Tool For Clear Thinking And Seamless Team Collabs

  • May 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Miro is how it helps keep my ideas and workflows structured and organized. Rather than juggling everything across different tools, I can visually map out flows, features, and plans in one place. As a full-stack developer, I find this especially helpful: I can sketch UI layouts, plan API routes, and organize database logic before writing code, which makes the whole process smoother and easier to manage.

In a team environment, it becomes even more valuable because everyone can work on the same board at the same time. People can share feedback using the various tools and features, and overall it makes collaboration much more effective. Moreover, before using Miro, we were using mutiple products for which we paid for, but Miro does everything in a single interface so it has helped us reduce costs. We also contacted the support for details on the Enterprise version, and they were quite helpful and prompt.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI features sometimes don’t work the way they’re intended to. For example, if I create an object using AI and then select that same object again to change something with AI, it ends up creating a new object instead and often doesn’t follow the prompt. Overall, the AI still has a lot of room for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of messy planning and lack of clarity by bringing everything into one visual space. It helps my team organize flows, APIs, and database ideas better which reduces mistakes.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Constant saving and accessibility from any device, also it helpful with group work and organising a project
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it’s difficult to share images retrieved from a Miro board. It would help to have a reference option for any images brought in, so the original source can be checked later. Printing Miro boards also has issues, especially with page sizes and layout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helps streamline projects and acts as a store of ideas

Custom Flow Diagrams Made Easy with Sidekick AI

  • May 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It’s custom options to create flow diagrams. I like the new AI assistance feature with sidekick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited accessibility if a user is not fully licensed, I would’ve liked if I could just share my miro work and let my team members edit work spaces with limited licenses and not full licenses. That feature was there previously, but I think it has been updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me write SOPs for my work across the team and that was very powerful
