What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro’s AI-powered prototyping tool is a solid option for quickly turning ideas into interactive, low-fidelity prototypes. As a Business Analyst, I found it surprisingly effective — the AI interpreted my text descriptions well, creating a basic but accurate user flow that matched my intent. While the visual designs were fairly simple, the tool excelled at capturing flow logic and screen transitions, which made it perfect for early requirement validation.
It’s not a replacement for high-fidelity tools like Figma or Adobe XD, but it’s great for kickstarting discussions and aligning teams early in the design process. It also saved time explaining flows to the designer who later refined the visuals.
Verdict: Excellent for quick ideation, flow mapping, and requirement communication — less suited for detailed UI design.

This software is extremely user-friendly, with virtually no learning curve required. It is also designed for collaboration and performs very well in that area.

Interactive and Feature-Rich Platform for Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Miro for months to create dashboards for discussions, and I find it incredibly interactive. The prototype feature is something I really like a lot, as it makes it much easier for me to collaborate without having to rely on paper. This feature allows the product to come alive, enabling us to improve on our ideas effectively. Additionally, the post-its feature is fantastic as it helps us organize different ideas neatly and allows us to group them together, making our discussions more structured. The initial setup of Miro was straightforward, and navigating back to the private discussions we created on the Miro board is simple, which enhances the overall ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes when I zoom out the Miro board it moves too quickly, so sometimes I tend to lose track of it.

Transformative Collaboration Tool with Minor Setup Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I love Miro's collaborative aspect, which allows me and my clients to build on a common board together at different times and from different places. This enhances our ability to share feedback and brainstorm effectively. The pre-made templates, including tools like business model canvases and customer journey maps, significantly simplify my strategic planning and project management tasks. I also enjoy using shared templates and the interactive sticky notes feature, which adds to the versatility and usability of the platform. These features create a central hub where everyone can participate, making collaboration smooth and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I encountered major problems when adding people to the board initially. I didn’t realize adding people required additional payment, which was unexpected and led to complications. Additionally, sharing a board with a client and enabling them to edit it was quite difficult. Figuring out the proper settings involved using different emails and was very complicated. I was worried about possibly losing a board during this confusing process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to collaborate with clients on strategic planning and project management, sharing information in a shared workspace with templates like business model canvases, which enhances teamwork and creativity.

Intuitive, Collaborative, PROTOTYPING FOR PROS with Room for Speed Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Miro's prototyping feature, which has been a great addition, allowing us to gather our thoughts and specify user stories effectively. This capability supports both complex and basic user stories, enhancing our project management process. I also appreciate Miro’s quick response time, which aids in collaborating seamlessly with our software developers, product management team, and pitch and sales team. Miro's live interactive workspace stands out to me because it's rich with ideas and templates, yet it's not overwhelming and is easy to use. These aspects of Miro help us organize our thoughts and business practices better, even aiding us in revisiting our SOPs. This efficiency contributes to a faster workflow as long as it remains manageable. The setup of Miro was super easy and it excels at retaining knowledge, which is beneficial for utilizing other AI features. Overall, the combination of its prototyping capabilities, ease of use, and quick response is what I find most valuable about Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think just a little bit of the speed factor. Sometimes it refreshes a lot, and I feel like it's really protecting my Glad. Safety at that time. But, I also think the lag is, a little bit, to be desired.

Ease of Use, But AI Needs to Improve
What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use Miro to build flowcharts for my clients, facilitating a clear understanding of the business rule implementation flow and the user's step-by-step process. I love how Miro makes my flowchart creation process agile, especially when integrated with ChatGPT, significantly optimizing my productivity. The ease of use of Miro stands out; I appreciate how the standard flowchart formats are easy to use, resize, and duplicate, allowing me to create beautiful interfaces to show clients with just a few clicks. The initial setup process of Miro was seamless, which made the migration from Figma easier, which I still use for interfaces, but I consider Miro superior for flowcharts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro's AI leaves much to be desired, as it doesn't fully understand the flow I want to build and often oversimplifies the complex flows I need to create. This forces me to use ChatGPT with the Miro plugin to start the initial versions of my projects. The AI doesn't capture the necessary complexity and reduces extensive flows to just a few cards, when in fact many more are needed, like 30-40 cards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to build clear and agile flowcharts for clients, integrating it with ChatGPT. The ease of use speeds up my process, allowing me to create beautiful interfaces without many clicks.
