A Storytelling Ally with Stunning Flexibility

  • January 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for creating a storyboard for the novels I am writing. As a very visual thinker, Miro helps me map out complex storylines and plot elements in a way that no other service can. I like the flexibility it offers because I can make simple creations or very complex ones, complete with documents, images, and more. It's aesthetically pleasing; when I create something, I not only have a good outline, but I also have something that looks good. The initial setup was extremely easy, practically plug and play.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the most part, it's quite unlimited, even in the free version. However, there are some limits - such as 3 boards to start with - that can make it hard for new users if they have a lot of ideas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a visual thinker, and Miro helps me map complex storylines effectively. It offers flexibility for both simple and complex creations, adding documents and images. It's also aesthetically pleasing, allowing my work to look good.

  • January 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It uses AI, and it also offers the option to prototype a product starting from a flowchart or from explanations written across different post-its.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform needs to take action on the presentation feature, because it’s impossible for me to upload a PowerPoint presentation to the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All themes related to the integration of AI and prototyping are covered.

Exceptional Tool for Collaborative Roadmapping

  • January 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I just love how creative Miro is. There's so many people here collaborating on Miro, and there are so many prebuilt designs that you can import, which look so professional. The colors are brilliant in Miro, and I love how the board expands with you as you move. It's very neat and tidy, and you can have your full project design and everything on one board, allowing someone to get a whole prototype view of it. The prebuilt designs, like road mapping and flow diagrams, save time compared to building it yourself, but you have the option to create something bespoke if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's very little I dislike about Miro! I don't even think I could say anything. If I dislike something, it's usually because I haven't fully understood a feature or how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us brainstorm and road map IT systems, visualize ideas, and identify gaps. It facilitates project management with detailed, shareable roadmaps and categorizes deliverables with color codes, creating professional visuals for collaboration.

Versatile Collaboration Tool with Easy Navigation

  • January 14, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy Miro is to navigate once I'm used to the tools, and it's simple to upload and message the team. It's perfect for sharing designs with an overseas factory and retail customers for product development. Having all the designs together for easy review and notes next to various options makes things so much more convenient. Image sharing is a breeze, and I love that it's easier to move things around and group them. Miro is more of a canvas than a portal, which gives me the flexibility to use it as I want. The initial setup was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to know that all people are being included on messages. Sometimes a contact isn't included. You're supposed to just type "@board" and all receive the message but sometimes it doesn't happen. I do not have an answer to suggest since it must be a glitch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes it easy to share photos and designs, especially for product development with overseas factories. It helps us keep designs together for easy review and notes, streamlining collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Miro provides a clear and comprehensive way to collect and share ideas and thoughts while adding various adjustable modules and allowing sharing information and access with relevant team members for a given task. Miro's interface and intuitive approach, along with a wide variety of modules and functions (adjusted for specific projects), make it a tool of choice. In my team, we use Miro first and foremost for planning projects, elaborating on steps, or retrospectives as it allows tracking progress with useful trackers and collaboration on tasks, all in one place. The initial setup was a piece of cake, making it my preferred platform for the needed functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't really encountered such a thing yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides a clear way to collect and share ideas with adjustable modules. It tracks progress, provides an easy way to collaborate on tasks and projects as a team, and keeps everything in one place for planning and retros.

Intuitive Design with Swift Process Flow Creation

  • January 14, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to design my process flows for different stages or functionalities as per my requirements. I find it really helps me draw process flows in a user-friendly UI, making it easy to improve things. I appreciate the arrows feature, which allows me to build either one-directional or bi-directional flows. Creating bi-directional flows is just a single click in Miro, which is much less effort compared to other tools. Additionally, Miro is much more UI friendly compared to Mermaid, which made me switch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Miro could be more responsive. A dark mode would be really helpful since it's loved by many these days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for designing process flows with a user-friendly UI, making it easy to improve and customize as needed. It simplifies creating bi-directional flows with just a click, saving effort and struggle.

Transforms Collaboration with Ease and Flexibility

  • January 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love Miro for project planning and management, especially how easy it is to use and share externally. The tool's ease of use meant it took little time to get value from it. Its collaborative features really improve overall planning and allow us to work through complex projects in real time. I find the variation in tools very useful because people work in different ways. The almost remote blank canvas it offers is fantastic for idea generation. Switching to Miro made us more open and reduced technical waste, which is great for our visual work and for mapping systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scaling on bigger work boards. We did have a large space during planning and navigating between the various parts was pretty much the only thing I would say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for project planning and management, improving collaboration, and enabling real-time work on complex projects. It's easy to use and share, offering a versatile toolset for idea generation.

Polished, Fast, and Effortless Diagramming Experience

  • January 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The overall experience feels intentional from the minimal, distraction- free UI to how quickly I can go from idea structured flow the auto layout/alignment and connector logic make diagram look professional without extra effort and the editing interactions feel predictable. Performance is also noticeably strong no lagggy moments while moving nodes arround. If you keep shipping at this level of plolish, miro flow can become a default tool for tems document process and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro can be slow on large boards, has a learning curve for new users, and many useful features are locked behind paid plans
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro turns abstract ideas and scattered conversations into shared visual understanding, which saves time, improves alignment, and leads to better decisions—especially in remote or cross-functional work

Infinite Canvas for Complex Projects

  • January 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Miro is a great tool serving as an infinite canvas where I can map complex information and draw relationships between modules. It's very easy to start using and offers a free plan with no limit to the amount of information I can put in it. The GUI looks very modern too, and setting it up was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more from the free tier, at least 2 or 3 extra canvas to play with. It's just that for personal use I would like to continue using the free tier while having more Miro boards separated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro serves as an infinite canvas, allowing me to map complex information and visualize relationships. It's easy to use, supports unlimited information, and the interface feels modern.
