Streamlines Ideation with Robust Templates
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for planning and designs, agile inceptions, implementation strategies, brainstorming, and scenario evaluations. I find it resourceful with templates and toolkits, classified by subject areas, which is really helpful for preparing design thinking sessions quickly. This feature lets me reduce time in preparing my ideation sessions with my internal team and client teams. The graphical and secure UI interface adds to its appeal. It also enabled us to build boards super fast, which made the initial setup very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Miro should increase the number of subject areas with more artifacts or templates and incorporate AI in the preparation process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro's graphical and secure interface with resourceful templates and toolkits for quick design thinking sessions. It reduces time preparing ideation sessions with my team and clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how multiple people can access the board at the same time, which helps us in virtual connects and planning a lot, and allows us to review it later. It's simple and effective user interface is something that I love. I've used various tools to create interactive team boards, and people can edit them at the same time for planning, which provides us the most value.

More template options can be something that could be improved

I love how Miro allows multiple people to access and edit boards simultaneously, which helps our virtual planning and review sessions significantly. Its simple and effective user interface and interactive team boards provide us the most value.

I do kanban Agile and organization with Miro. I find the templates to be top notch, and I also like progress tracking and its integrations. I have introduced Miro to my team, and we love it. The initial setup was straightforward.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for designing and hosting workshops, brainstorming, and organizing team thoughts. Miro makes it easy to create interactive, compelling workshops that solve problems and quickly get team alignment. I appreciate having a place where everyone can see their thoughts are heard. I like how user-friendly Miro is, making it easy to go from nothing to something that works well. I really appreciate the interactive components; I often turn my workshops into presentations, use dot voting, guide activities with the timer, and offer folks anonymous ways to contribute their thoughts. I love that Miro is adding the 'engage' activities. Setting up Miro was really simple, and being able to organize our projects into spaces has been so helpful. Onboarding was smooth and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I don't dislike anything in particular, I would love to see more development in the 'engage' activities area and the ability to quickly take slides from bleh to branded, functional, and beautiful.

I use Miro to create interactive workshops that solve problems and align teams quickly. It's great for brainstorming and organizing thoughts, providing a digital record that keeps everyone accountable for our discussions and decisions.
Versatile and User-Friendly Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for work, especially for Continuous Improvement projects like value stream mapping and Kanban. I really appreciate how Miro allows collaboration among our large project team, even when everyone can't be physically present. I love the versatility of Miro; it is our go-to because we can use it for so many different things. The AI feature that summarizes problem statements saves us a lot of time. I also like that I can use multiple templates within the same board for better centralization of information. After switching from Visio, I found Miro much more user-friendly. The initial setup was extremely easy too.

Miro lets us collaborate as a large project team remotely, and its AI tools save us time on summaries. Using multiple templates centralizes information.
Endless Whiteboard and Frames Make Collaboration Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like the endless whiteboard, the ability to use frames, and the option to link directly to specific frames. Collaboration is also great and makes it easy to work together.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t seem to adjust the radius/roundness on rounded rectangles. I’ve tried, but I can’t find a way to edit it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for whiteboarding during brainstorming sessions and for creating architecture diagrams.
Transforms Remote Workshops with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I love using the Post-it or sticky notes in Miro; they're very easy to use. It allows me to plan very easily, even though they have templates. I can create templates according to my needs very easily. I also like that Miro has the endless sticky tab feature, which is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the pens. I think I would like to see more available thickness to make it more intuitively and for lines to have more precision. Since we're using laptops, I think it would be great to have that aspect improve.

Miro lets me connect online with other cities in real time, facilitating workshops while allowing collaboration and input sharing.
Miro Boards: A Versatile Must-Have for Sprint Retrospectives and Feedback
What do you like best about the product?
Miro Boards by far. They are a great tool that we use for multiple activities, including Sprint retrospectives and feedbacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I think it is a great product useful for a variety of roles (e.g., scrum masters, managers, product owners).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working simultaneously in a shared space with cross-functional teams. It helps me share ideas live and communicate better and faster with everyone.
Clean Interface, Flexible Layout, and Fast Page Loads
What do you like best about the product?
I like the clean interface. I like that I have the freedom to move the objects around the way I like, mainly the pictures. The page loads quickly too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The font size could change more smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, it's fundamental to my daily organization of new ideas, research and projects.
Intuitive Interface That’s Easy to Start Using
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the interface of the app, you can start using it without any instructions before, very intuitive

Sometimes when the board is "heavy" and quite massive it can become laggy and slow to load

I struggled with fragmented whiteboards and scattered documentation but with Miro I can centralise all brainstorming on a single infinite canvas
