Versatile Platform for Effective Collaboration and Visual Work
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very versatile platform where you can work effectively with colleagues and collaborators. Allows a visual approach. And enables peripheral thinking.
What do you dislike about the product?
More template options would be good, so you can quickly work on a design. I'm not sure how to export as a PFD to share with colleagues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a visual alternative - where you can work in all spacial directions - whereas on a doc you can only work down. Colours, shapes, sizes that can help me manage and work with my dyslexic brain. Helps me map out my thoughts and organise them in a creative way.

Effortless Idea Visualization and Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who starts everything (everything) as a Mindmap or visually sketching flows, Miro feels natural. It has multiple functions and abilities, especially when working with teams, but that natural flow that allows me to quickly move from ideas to visualization is key. We're using Miro on a daily basis for anything from planning rollouts to figuring out players' flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point (I've been using Miro for years), the flexibility is also its main pain point. It's hard for new users to start because the service tries to be helpful and hits you with too many things when you just log in for the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication is the number one point Miro solves. While visualization is key for personal use as well (you can't hold ideas in your head and expect them to grow correctly), the main problem is communicating to others. Miro allows me to work with the teams in various departments and do that in a specific way to fit each one.

Empowering Collaboration and Creativity with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has become one of my go-to tools for collaboration and visual thinking. It’s intuitive, flexible, and truly brings people together — whether you’re designing a learning experience, planning a project, or brainstorming with a team.
What I love most is how seamlessly it supports active learning and creative collaboration. The templates, sticky notes, and integrations make it easy to turn ideas into structure — something especially valuable in education and teacher training contexts.
It’s true that some advanced features come at a cost, and large boards can get a bit heavy, but overall, Miro delivers exactly what it promises: a dynamic space where ideas come to life.

What do you dislike about the product?
Its premium features can be costly for larger teams, and performance may slow with very large boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visually organizing complex ideas and centralizing collaboration and feedback have been key strengths for me. This approach has made it much easier to manage intricate concepts while keeping all input and teamwork in one place.
Effortless Collaboration and Intuitive Design
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes collaboration straightforward and efficient. It offers a wide range of tools that help us organize and visualize our ideas. The platform is user-friendly and features an attractive, well-thought-out design.
What do you dislike about the product?
The experience would be improved if we could navigate directly to the panel we need from the table of contents, especially when there are numerous panels to sort through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to handle roadmap planning, create workflow designs, and work on product design.
Miro is good!

Easy to design. Ai feature. Ease of implementation
What do you dislike about the product?
Can improve layering. Can be a bit more versatile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lightweight and Effective Brainstorming Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's a fairly light weight way to visualize and brainstorm a discussion. My team has been using it more and more to create product artifacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels like an additional step removed from some of the systems my company already uses. Jira/Confluence have similar functionality now but it's not as robust as Miro. Additionally, Slack and my browser, Arc, have this type of visualizations as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralized space to brainstorm and create artifacts for product development.
Open World Collaboration at Its Best
What do you like best about the product?
It's like an open world game and not restricted to a page by page layout (think of google doc). I like the collaborative nature of the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
A full featured dark mode please for eye sensitivity folks like me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting everyone on the same page in real time. Streamlining feedback properly for different tasks.
