What do you like best about the product?
Templates make things quite easy for me when I don’t feel like creating them from scratch. I also use it for real time collaboration with others and I no longer send each other attachments via email as if we’re insane. I’m pleasantly surprised it worked w/o crashing when I moved my excel data into the template for an org chart and you can also add pics from the internet.
What do you dislike about the product?
"Snap To" is garbage and it always puts everything in 90 degree angles that I don’t want. I really wish I could hide those ugly connector lines behind pictures and they never go behind anything. And it is also expensive to subscribe to it and the auto arrange ruins every single layout and I have to redo every layout manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can still see the production process even though my computer screen is covered with a huge smudge. I create flowcharts for my programming class and it saves me time. This also allows me to explain my project plans to others without having to talk to them for 10 hours.

Excellent for Visual Collaboration and Organization

  • December 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a great platform for organizing and marking up visual content, and is especially helpful in facilitating collaboration during virtual meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often struggle with file size limits, and some of the features I find most useful (such as upload documents) are hidden away in the toolbar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An easy way to markup visual content and share feedback within teams.

Perfect for Project Presentations and Team Collaboration

  • December 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Miro for its image processing capabilities and the ability to add informative elements to presentation slides. This makes it easier for me to create more engaging and informative presentations to show everyone. By adding these features, I'm able to address complex problems more quickly, allowing others to see and benefit from the solutions. It's helpful for collaboration with backend users, frontend engineers, and API developers in one place. I also find the initial setup of Miro very easy since we just need to create a dashboard and share the URL with our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Miro is working very well, but adding a voice processing feature would be helpful. It would allow people to save their voice about any problem, especially since sometimes people can't write all the text in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me make an attractive pitch in one place, allowing back-end users, front-end engineers, and API developers to work together efficiently. It also enables us to address complex problems quickly, providing a platform where others can see and rectify issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can see everything on one board with Miro. There are many formats, shapes, and tools available that help make my board make sense and look visual. The different formats help make more sense of different types of info or ideas. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a guided process to help me answer the right questions to plan out my product board more effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to map things out and see ideas clearly as a product manager. It helps me group ideas effectively to decide execution steps, offering formats and tools to visualize my plans.

I use Miro to visualize information on a topic or plan, which is very helpful because it's difficult to visualize without it. I like Miro's UI/UX because it's very friendly, and the collaboration feature is also something I appreciate. Setting it up was super easy—just click and click!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the format text like MS Word.

Endless Flexibility and Templates for Business Process Mapping

  • December 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me the freedom to map out my business process. I have so many options to choose from, there are also templates that I could readily use. Although I mostly prefer having a blank screen to use as a canvas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inviting users to participate with oneself is not the smoothest you could imagine. I need to get the other person to create an account, only then can they start contributing. I wish Miro had a guest login kind of thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a project I was required to map out my business process, had I used the traditional paper and pen, I would have struggled. But fortunately I had miro boards. It allowed me the ease of mapping out the entire process end to end and then even invite my manager and colleagues to chip in.

Easy to Learn and Packed with Features

  • December 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to learn the basics of Miro. Within a short time you can create objects, draw, freehand and move around. It has a lot of functionality and can be used to create alternatives to project plans or drawings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accidentally moving the wrong object, not having consistent sizing with sticky notes and finding objects pasted where I do not expect them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me a freehand tool where I can visually express what I want to understand or explain without having to much functionality like a whiteboarding or drawing tool. I can also share Miro so that others can join me and we can work on something together. It is also very stable.

What do you like best about the product?

Many useful objects are paywalled for higher tiers. We could use them, but can't. This is not a factor that wpuöd pursue us to upgrade though - it's just an annoying paywall
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Miro: The Comprehensive Solution for Diagrams and Collaboration

  • December 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro unifies many functions like Canva boards and Draw.io diagrams, which are much more technical. The integration with other platforms is very useful, as it allows you to insert web pages, reports, and videos, among other things, taking my boards to a higher level compared to using multiple tools. I also appreciate the ability to make both technical and regular diagrams smoothly, without the program freezing. Additionally, for engineering, it is excellent in documentation, and in marketing, it is a fantastic tool for teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't found anything negative, but I've only been working with it daily for 2 months. For now, everything is OK.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me organize and clarify complex structures, show process flows, unify strategies on a board, and explain concepts to non-technical people. It also allows me to integrate various functions like boards and technical diagrams, which elevates the level of my tools.
