Best Way to Brainstorm and Iterate
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to brainstorm without a confined space. I also used it both in an academic setting and now in a professional setting and I find that it's the most effective way of showing multiple digital iterations at once and being able to compare them. The tools are great as well especially the sticky note function, it allows people to comment and engage in an informal way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the sharing process a bit confusing/convoluted. There's always issues for me in sharing the board vs the whole team, especially in the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to share cross platform ideas in a condensed way. Showing iterations of digital work and being able to digitally critique/collaborate.
Visual Workflow Mastery with Collaborative Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create visual workflows and collaborate with the team in one place. I appreciate that Miro helps me visually organize ideas and structure workflows clearly in one place. The setup was quick and the interface is intuitive, so getting started didn't take much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes boards can feel cluttered when they get large. When this happens, there are too many elements on one canvas, which makes it harder to find specific sections and navigate quickly.

It was a little bit difficult at the beginning, but after searching around for a while, I figured it out.

A flexible and powerful tool for collaborative thinking
What do you like best about the product?
I like the freedom to put ideas on the board without worrying too much about structure at first. You can start messy and organize things later, which really helps with brainstorming, planning, and more strategic discussions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most useful part is real-time collaboration. Everyone can see and build things together at the same time. The templates save a lot of time, and the flexibility of the boards makes it easy to use Miro for both simple ideas and complex projects without feeling restricted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of scattered ideas and hard-to-visualize discussions. It makes it easier to align people, turn abstract thoughts into something visual, and collaborate even when the team is remote. For me, it speeds up decision-making, improves communication, and helps transform ideas into clear plans.
Facilitate Visual Collaboration, Although with Some Drawbacks
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it easy to assemble materials for online workshops and allows me to process my information visually and work collaboratively. I find it easy to use, which is very important to me. I also highly value the tags and the author of the post-its, because they help me keep track of my information. The initial setup was very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets stuck with the amount of information I use. And I miss the bulk mode. The AI of Slides is somewhat slow and doesn't do what I want.

What do you dislike about the product?
Gets slow with big boards – once a board gets crowded, lag becomes very real.
Too many objects = chaos – hard to find things, easy to accidentally move or delete stuff.
Zoom fatigue – constant zooming in/out can feel disorienting.
Clutter creep – boards turn into messy walls of stickies with no clear hierarchy.
