A Collaboration Powerhouse with Innovative Templates
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for work, especially to lead team building, brainstorming, and collaborative exercises across locations. Miro allows us to collaborate as if we are in a room together, which solves the problem of working with team members in different locations and countries. I really love the templates; they are incredibly creative and prevent us from doing a lot of boring start, stop, continue boards. The templates show all that is possible in Miro, beyond just basic retros. Additionally, there are many in-board features that I love. Miro provides a productive, safe environment for collaboration during high change management. The initial setup was VERY easy, and I have used it in many organizations ranging from 200 to 4,000 people. I am also likely to recommend Miro to a friend or colleague with a rating of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had issues lately when I try to overlay objects. The arrange button option does not always work bringing things from front to back and the other way. It's a simple and small thing that becomes annoying. Also, when multiple users are moving their mouse in a board, it would be great for background objects to lock. Most users accidentally click on a background shape and move it unintentionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro lets us collaborate as if we're in the same room, essential for working across locations. The creative templates enhance our sessions beyond basic retros. It provides a productive, safe space for team collaboration during high change management.
Perfect for Large-Scale Creative Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Miro because it is format-free, which is awesome. The flexibility allows me to focus on creativity without worrying about slide or page limits. I find it very intuitive and easy to explore and experiment with, which is great. The platform allows an overview of stimulus material that is easy to navigate, and the post-it options let any participant contribute in real-time. There is also no limitation on the number of participants, which makes it perfect for large-scale, international collaboration. It's possible for people to work in smaller teams on different parts of the board at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 30MB upload limit is a bit tedious. It forces me to cut down documents into different parts, which is time-consuming. A compress function should be made available or the file size limit should be increased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro offers an easy overview of stimulus material and real-time contributions through post-it options. It's format-free, enhancing creativity, and allows limitless participant collaboration, with people working on different parts simultaneously.

Streamlined Product Management with Miro's All-in-One Toolkit
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Miro has multiple tools available in one place for me to use, instead of having to navigate and use multiple tools. The recent addition of AI tools is just excellent, especially for creating PowerPoint presentations. I just ask Miro to create slides, and it does a great job. It actually creates beautiful slides from a script I provide. It really simplifies and enhances my work process. The initial setup of Miro was also seamless and took less than a minute. I use Miro alongside Microsoft Teams, which works well for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro consolidates tools in one platform, saving me from using multiple ones. I also use its AI to efficiently create PowerPoint presentations and slides from scripts.
Smooth and Easy Brainstorming with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Miro is how easy it makes working with others. It feels like a shared whiteboard where everyone can jump in, move things around, and build ideas together in real time. The endless canvas and ready-made templates make it simple to go from a messy brainstorm to something actually useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
One small drawback of Miro is that boards can become a bit cluttered if they grow too large, which can make navigation slightly tricky. It can also feel a little slow on very complex boards or older devices, some useful features are only available in the paid plans, which might be a limitation for some users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of working together when people aren’t in the same place. Instead of long messages or scattered ideas, everything is in one shared space. For me, that means it’s easier to brainstorm, organize thoughts, and stay aligned with others. It saves time and makes teamwork feel more smooth and clear.

Miro’s Unlimited Canvas and Real-Time Collaboration Power Our Workshops
What do you like best about the product?
The unlimited canvas and real-time editing capabilities of Miro have the highest utility for collaborative planning. Having been used professionally for two years now, the ability to use journey maps and voting helps in aligning the workshop's output without the need for additional applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
It becomes difficult to organize boards with an infinite canvas in two years of regular professional use due to scattered items in the absence of an imposed organization format and slower performance due to heavy content such as many frames.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To resolve the problem of dispersed ideas and lack of remote collaboration, Miro has an infinite canvas and live editing capabilities as well as the use of templates. As a result, Miro helps convert workshops into structured outputs such as journey maps when used professionally.
Reliability and Visual Appeal with Seamless Diagram Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro because it is the quickest, most reliable, and visually appealing place to create, save, and manage my diagrams. The reliability and consistency of the UI/UX stand out to me, and I appreciate its ability to handle multimodal data and offer a plethora of import/export options. I spend less time moving things around and battling with the placement of elements, so I can focus more on getting my ideas into an easily readable diagram. Although I might not push the platform to its limits, for what I use it for, it can't be beaten.
