What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro daily, and it's the most useful tool for keeping me organized and reminding me of simple tasks I need to carry out. I love how I can map out funnels and client ideas neatly instead of unorganized notes, saving me lots of time. I also appreciate how Miro turns messy ideas into clear paths, letting me build funnels and systems without confusion. Seeing the full picture on one big page helps me stay organized with multiple clients. The initial setup was honestly very easy, and I love using it so much that I've recommended it to others, giving it an easy 10 out of 10.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro because it makes collaboration easy and visual, even with remote teams.
Its infinite canvas helps organize ideas freely without space constraints.
The real-time editing and comments keep everyone aligned.
It’s flexible enough for brainstorming, diagrams, and agile workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro is a powerful collaboration tool, it can sometimes feel overwhelming due to the number of features available.
Large boards may become cluttered if not organized carefully.
At times, performance can slow down on very complex boards.
That said, these challenges come from Miro’s strength as a highly flexible and feature-rich platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of scattered collaboration by bringing ideas, discussions, and planning into one shared visual space.
It benefits me by making brainstorming, system design, and team alignment faster and clearer, especially with remote teams.

Unmatched Flexibility and Seamless Collaboration for Remote Teams

  • January 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Miro is its remarkable flexibility and how easy it makes collaboration. The infinite canvas, real-time editing, and a variety of ready-to-use templates all contribute to a seamless experience. These features, along with smooth collaborative tools, make brainstorming, process mapping, and team discussions highly efficient and engaging, especially for remote teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Also, some advanced features are locked behind paid plans, and navigation can become difficult when boards grow too complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro addresses the challenge of fragmented collaboration by uniting brainstorming, planning, and visual communication within a single shared workspace. For me, this makes it much simpler to work with teams in real time, visually align on ideas, document processes in a clear manner, and minimize misunderstandings—particularly when collaborating remotely or with teams from different departments.

Centralizes Team Communication Smoothly

  • January 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to keep track of print designs between the art department team, concept team, and design team. It eliminates the need to get up and talk to someone in person, removes middleman work, and helps keep everyone aligned and on the same page. I like the comment box where we can chat about specific details, and how I receive an email whenever someone comments. It helps me stay on top of questions or comments without having to constantly check the app. I also like that it houses all information in one place and keeps it secure. The initial setup was pretty easy to get the hang of, and I've been able to catch on fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still figuring out how to fully use the features. Sometimes it's hard to move or resize elements. Sometimes when I try to move an element, it resizes instead, or vice versa.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to track print designs across teams, eliminating the need for in-person conversations, reducing middleman tasks, and keeping everyone aligned. The comment box with email notifications keeps me updated without needing to check Miro constantly.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved that Miro helped us have an interactive and engaging training. It's easy to work with and has a lot of cool features. I also love the button feature where you can press to start following your trainer's movements, which helps stay on track, especially on a massive Miro board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I constantly got logged out and had to log in. If I didn't use Miro for a day, I had to type the password to get into the Miro board, and that slowed me down from time to time.

An intuitive tool that helps ideas flow and teams collaborate effortlessly

  • January 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is how intuitive and user-friendly it is. The tool lets me set aside any concerns about its mechanics and concentrate entirely on my ideas. Rather than disrupting my creative process, it actually enhances it—my thoughts are able to flow smoothly, free from friction or distraction. It truly feels like a space where I can think, organize, and explore ideas without anything hindering my inspiration.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect that could use enhancement is the way tables are handled. Since I frequently work with data, I need to paste and visually organize information to analyze it and determine my next steps. Unfortunately, Miro’s current table functionality feels too limited for these needs, so I often find myself switching to Excel whenever I deal with structured data. If Miro improved its table and data management features, it would become an even more valuable tool for my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro addresses the challenge of capturing, organizing, and sharing ideas in a clear and collaborative manner. It proves particularly useful when collaborating remotely with team members, as it simplifies brainstorming, sharing concepts, and initiating discussions from the ground up. Because of this, working together feels more intuitive and productive, making Miro an indispensable tool in my daily workflow, whether I’m working alone or as part of a team.
