  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Real-time collaboration that makes brainstorming and alignment fast and engaging

Infinite canvas for freely mapping ideas, flows, and complex systems

Ready-to-use templates that help teams start quickly without friction
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel overwhelming at first, but that same depth means it’s incredibly powerful once you get past the initial learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves fragmented collaboration by giving everyone one shared space to brainstorm, plan, and stay aligned, which saves time and reduces miscommunication. It also turns abstract ideas into clear visuals, helping me think more clearly, make decisions faster, and communicate complex concepts more effectively.

Collaborative Diagrams Made Easy

  • January 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro's drag and drop features the most. It's easy to use and looks clean, making diagrams fast to create and allowing me to move and change things easily. The collaboration feature is also very helpful, letting my team work together live and share ideas quickly, where anything a person draws, others can see. Using Miro to create ER diagrams, flowcharts, system design, and brainstorming ideas helps me visualize ideas clearly. It makes design and planning easy and also aids in team collaboration and sharing diagrams, like when I shared an architecture diagram with my team. The initial setup was very easy, just sign up and start using it, as it works in the browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Miro is slow with big boards. Free version has many limits. It needs good internet to work well. Free version has limited boards and limited features. Export options are restricted. It should work faster on big diagrams. Offline mode or better performance would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me visualize ideas clearly, makes design and planning easy, and facilitates team collaboration by allowing us to share diagrams. I use it for creating ER diagrams, flowcharts, system design, and brainstorming.

Intuitive Navigation and Workflow Organization

  • January 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro's navigation agility; with a mouse, I can quickly and orderly cruise around the entire workflow. It's also pretty intuitive to begin with, as post-its can easily be attached to one another, creating an organized flow. I feel it's programmed with the user in mind, offering a lot of choices at low effort. Plus, setting up Miro was super easy, just account creation, and I was able to begin.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe its templates could be improved to offer a more organized array of options. I think templates could apply in a lot of many more uses but I don't find myself using them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of looking at a process in a non-organized way and poorly organized workflows.

My external brain for wireframing and workflows

  • January 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use it for wireframing, obviously, but the real win is having a place to dump my entire process, so I don't have to keep it all in my head. It saves me from forgetting why I made a specific decision three weeks ago.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have too many high-res screenshots or complex wireframes in one spot, navigating feels heavy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of losing my process.

Everything used to stay in my head, which made revisiting work difficult. Now, I have a visual record of every wireframe and decision.

Streamlined Collaboration, Needs Performance Tweaks

  • January 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro has a lot of intuitive tools, not just a whiteboard, but also creative tools like wireframing. I appreciate the ability to connect to Figma and other tools, which makes it much more integrated into our day-to-day work. It's really helpful that all the information can be kept in one place, making it accessible no matter where we connect from in the world. I find it valuable for brainstorming, placing information, and connecting with others. It's secure and private, which is important for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there are too many elements on a Miro board, it takes a lot of time to load, which doesn't give a good experience. It would be helpful to get a notification about this. The aspect ratio when copying and pasting from one Miro board to another can cause issues. If one board is really zoomed in and the other is zoomed out, it makes pasted elements like stickies very small and hard to find. This could be improved for a more uniform experience. It had some bit of a learning curve, but with creative people interested in it, the setup wasn't too difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro keeps all our information in one secure place, helping us to brainstorm and connect from anywhere. It's great for sharing progress and working on future projects.

An intuitive tool excellent for visualization

  • January 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitive operation of Miro. It's easy to attach shapes and sticky notes, making it clear to reflect feedback and share good points. Furthermore, the simplicity of the initial setup, allowing you to start using it immediately after logging into your account, is also great. Additionally, Miro helps us visualize our product's customer journey and visualize business flows to gain consensus.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to perform parallel movement. I want to move left and right while holding down the shift key, but in that case, multiple selection is prioritized. Since I often use the same box multiple times, it's easier to understand if they are visually aligned, but because I can't perform parallel movement, I can't quickly tidy up the appearance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps visualize product customer journeys and business workflows to gain consensus. Its operation is intuitive, making it easy to share feedback and good points. Additionally, you can start immediately once you log in to your account.

Intuitive Design, Perfect for Visual Planning

  • January 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for visual collaboration and planning, and I love how intuitive it is. It makes it easier for other teams to understand my brainstorming and vision, especially as a graphic designer. Miro really enables me to streamline my process. I love the different templates it has to offer and the sticky notes. These features make it easier and save time. The initial setup was very easy, which is a big plus for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limitation on boards for free users and embedding the documents. There could be a limit, but I reckon such features should be available for free users as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes it easier for teams to understand my brainstorming and vision, streamlining my graphic design process. It also saves time with its intuitive interface and diverse templates.

Intuitive Design, But Spreadsheet Needs Work

  • January 29, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro is intuitive and allows you to put together different forms of documents that can then be PDFed and exported. It really helps me map out the fine-tune details of a process, which is crucial for my work on qualifying an ISO 13485 company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the spreadsheet function can be improved, it is not as easy to use or export. Have it align with the way that Excel makes their spreadsheets that way importing from Excel is transferable, and vice versa.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to make process maps and finalize them before writing procedures. Miro lets me map out the fine-tune details of a process.

Miro Makes Team Brainstorming and Collaboration Effortless

  • January 29, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is how easy it makes collaboration and brainstorming for teams. It provides a flexible, visual workspace where ideas, user flows, wireframes, and feedback can all live in one place. Features like sticky notes, templates, real-time collaboration, and infinite canvas help teams align quickly, especially during workshops and early-stage planning. It’s particularly useful for organizing thoughts, mapping user journeys, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Miro is that boards can become cluttered and hard to navigate, especially when multiple people are collaborating at the same time. Performance can sometimes slow down on large boards, and finding specific content can be challenging without strong organization. Additionally, some advanced features and templates are limited to paid plans, which can be a drawback for smaller teams or individual users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of scattered ideas and unstructured collaboration by providing a single visual workspace for brainstorming, planning, and early-stage design thinking. It helps teams align quickly by allowing everyone to contribute ideas, feedback, and flows in real time.

For me, it’s especially helpful in organizing thoughts, mapping user journeys, and participating confidently in workshops and discussions. As a junior designer, Miro helps me understand the bigger picture, collaborate better with teams, and turn ideas into clear, structured design directions.
