UX pro dream interface

  • January 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, it is a great tool with a very low learning curve - a UX professional's dream UI. I enjoy tools that let me just drop and manipulate objects on the fly. I also like all the little added features that I keep discovering every day - there's always something new I find I can use in my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a veteran of vector tools, I am privy to layers, so I wish that Miro had that capability. I dislike that I had to upgrade from the free plan in order to share and export boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has sped up my game for creating workflows, presentations, wireframes, and whiteboards. As a cross-functional HCD/Development professional, I find that Miro helps me get these things done much faster than other popular software of its kind.

Effortless Setup, Powerful Brainstorming Tool

  • January 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro for planning out work processes. It really allows me to do a brain dump of all my ideas, and I can pull in documents and images to brainstorm. I use the sticky notes and connection arrows the most to plan a process. The initial setup of Miro was really easy and not difficult at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find the templates very useful. You can't customize them very easily. It seems a lot easier just to do it yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to plan out work processes, do a brain dump of my ideas, and brainstorm by pulling in documents and images.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
the ease of collaborating with multiple teams on one project. the colors and customization is awesome as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it is hard to tell "where" to do things like add an extra sticky. I also forget to lock things down so sometimes accidentally move things. I wish a double click and hold would make things move instead of just one click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease in which multiple teams can come together and collaborate is awesome! I work in research so Miro is also really helpful at jotting down feedback and theming out trends.

Essential Collaboration Tool That Inspires Creativity and Teamwork

  • January 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is one of those tools that I genuinely enjoy using on a daily basis. It has become an essential part of both our structured team processes and more creative, informal collaboration moments.

I especially love using Miro for sprint review meetings. It makes it very easy to visualize progress, structure discussions, and keep everyone aligned. The flexibility of the board allows us to adapt it to different sprint formats and team needs without feeling constrained.

Miro is also my go-to tool for user flow creation. Drawing flows feels intuitive and fast, and it helps a lot when explaining ideas to stakeholders or collaborating closely with developers and other designers. Being able to iterate directly on the board together makes the process much more efficient and engaging.

For refinement meetings, Miro works extremely well as a shared thinking space. We can break down requirements, add notes, ask questions, and visually organize information in a way that supports clear discussions and better decision-making.

Beyond structured meetings, I also really enjoy using Miro just for fun with my design team. Whether it’s brainstorming, sketching ideas, or experimenting with concepts, it creates a relaxed and playful environment that encourages creativity and collaboration.

One of the strongest aspects of Miro for me is the layouts and templates. They are well-designed, visually clear, and very practical. The templates often give a great starting point and save time, while the layouts help keep boards organized even when they become complex.

Overall, Miro feels like a tool that truly understands how modern teams work. It supports collaboration, creativity, and structure all at the same time, which is why it’s something I always look forward to using.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's buggy when multiple people is addin photos or doing some advanced stuff together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Online colaboration woth the team, easy diagram and user flow making, one place of truth for the team

Essential Collaboration Hub for Design Teams

  • January 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Miro is an essential part of my product design workflow and acts as a shared thinking space for designers, PMs, and tech teams. The infinite canvas is great because there's always room for everyone to express themselves. I appreciate the readymade templates, whether it be for retrospectives or journey maps, as there are templates for everything. Miro also integrates easily with tools like Jira and Figma, keeping the board as a central document for the project, which is super helpful. Quick wireframing is another feature I enjoy, allowing us to sketch out ideas initially on the board. The initial setup was smooth, as I just had to create my own space and start creating the boards. Additionally, I find visualizing information together in a mapped format really helps make team conversations more focused.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find the board access management part a little complex sometimes. Recently we had a design intern and it was difficult to give them access to our projects even when their email was part of our official email domain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro as a shared thinking space for my team, helping us externalize information, gather insights, and make sense of complex data. It focuses our team conversations and centralizes documents through tools like Jira and Figma.
