Ideal for Brainstorming, Improvement Needed in Exporting
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Miro during brainstorming sessions because it is both clear and organized in one document and can be used by the group at the same time. What I like most about Miro is that you can connect different boxes to have a clear flow. Miro also makes it possible to work in a structured way and to place everything neatly organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
What works less well is getting Miro boards in the right file location or exporting them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for brainstorming sessions because it allows us to work together on one document, which previously had to be done with separate documents. It helps to structure everything clearly and neatly.
Streamlined Warehouse Management with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to manage the workflow of my warehouse and transportation work, which allows me to assign and execute work efficiently and effectively. It saves me time by letting me assign step-by-step tasks to my employees and track shipment workflows. The best feature for me is the ability to directly see and track my warehouse data simultaneously with shipments through graphs and charts without wasting time. I also like using Miro with Google Workspace for meetings and Google Drive to upload work details daily. The initial setup was really easy and user-friendly.

Perfect for teamwork and collaboration on a project
What do you like best about the product?
I like the possibilities you have when creating boards in Miro. Everyone on the team can work on a project in one place at the same time, which significantly facilitates collaboration. You can make a project as visually appealing as in no other software. Additionally, the initial setup of Miro was very easy and relatively quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
When too many users are active at the same time, it can become confusing and difficult to track what is happening.

With Miro, my team can work on a project in one place simultaneously.
Facilitate Remote Organization Effectively
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of Miro for organizing my daily activities and maintaining better order in processes like exam submissions. I also appreciate its capability for remote organization with multiple people, which is really useful. Additionally, I enjoy its ease in creating new boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps it doesn't have a widget on cell phones and PCs to be able to see what's new that was added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to organize my daily activities and improve order in processes like exam delivery. It also solves remote organization with quite a few people.
Empowers Collaboration, Needs Improved Version Control
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Miro, especially the drag and drop simplicity, making it easy for even technical users to collaborate. It's well integrated with Jira and Confluence, helping us plan better. The prebuilt templates for retros, user story mapping, and journey mapping are quite useful. Miro really supports our agile and product planning, as well as real-time collaboration, reducing the need for meetings and follow-ups. It allows for faster iterations, less rework, and instant feedback with everything centralized in one place, making it easier to manage. It's beneficial for collaboration across different roles like dev, QA, and business, and it helps turn abstract thinking into something concrete with its visual format.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think version control and history could be improved, like having more detailed versioning similar to git style tracking or comparing versions side by side with better rollback visibilities. Also, the visual design and execution have some gaps. There could be integrations with automation tools, especially for QA. Performance is another issue, particularly when too many users, like during PI planning with seventy or eighty people, are working concurrently—the performance drops a lot. A lightweight mode for large sessions could help. Governance can also be an issue, as too many sticky notes can become messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides a centralized place for real-time collaboration, reducing back and forth, meetings, and emails. It enables faster iterations and less rework, making complex tasks simple and turning abstract ideas into concrete visuals, fostering seamless teamwork across different roles.
Real-Time Creative Collaboration Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you’re able to collaborate and present ideas creatively, in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it’s hard to get the hang of the controls at first, because they feel counterintuitive compared to how we use a mouse on a daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has helped our team identify bottlenecks by gathering a large amount of feedback, and then collaboratively refining our workflows to prevent those same bottlenecks from happening again.
Effortless Planning with Miro's Intuitive Design
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy Miro is to use and how joyful the user experience and user interface are. It's a great tool that my team and I use for planning, especially for long-term projects, which makes it really useful. The initial setup was very easy, which is a big reason why we use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I've seen with Miro that I struggle with is it starts out on a very zoomed out view, and just to start out in a clearer view and it being clear how to zoom in and see your board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps my team with long-term planning by providing a clear view of the year, breaking it down quarter by quarter and month by month, which Jira lacks. It's a great tool for organizing our planning process.
Intuitive, Flexible, and Perfect for Visual Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive Miro is. It's clean and simple to use, making it very easy to pick up with no sharp learning curve. I find that even people unfamiliar with Miro can quickly get accustomed to it, especially when starting a workshop. It helps meet the need to move fast without getting caught down in the details. I also love the integrations and the great range of templates, which assist in starting workshop ideas when I lack a starting point. It's particularly effective during quarterly planning, handling many people simultaneously. The ability to visualize things across different platforms due to its integrations is a big plus for me. It really stands out in its seamless workflow, making it a better experience for running workshops.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integrations can be a little bit funny. I do also find some of the additional features like the timeline quite rigid. They're not as flexible as I would like. Some of the out-of-the-box features can be a bit brittle or not quite work as intended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to explain complex user flows, break down projects into tasks, and start workshops with templates. It integrates different platforms, making info accessible and solving the problem of data spread across multiple tools.
Fast, Free, Ad-Free Visual Brainstorming with Seamless Links
What do you like best about the product?
Helps me organize my thoughts visually. Much better than typing it all in a confusing Word document. Everything links in well with link embeds and no file limit. My miro board has literally over 200 photos on it, and it loads in seconds. Also, its free so you really cant beat that, AND NO ADS. Ai tools are nice to have, but are kinda useless for my purposes, although they do make some funny summaries.
What do you dislike about the product?
it keeps asking me about upgrading which I dont really like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to organise a lore doc. I originally had it in a word doc that just became long and unorganized. this helped a lot
