Easy Collaboration and Visual Learning with a Responsive UI
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to collaborate, and it’s also straightforward to create a variety of visualizations. Overall, it supports visual learning really well. Great responsive UI as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to dislike. If anything, I’d love to see more use-case-specific templates for different industries, such as automotive such as V model and code understanding. Connections to Jira, Github and Confluence. Also, AI generation of diagrams could be improved. Hands on guides for the various ways Miro can be used could also be added to fuel the user's imagination.

Miro is helping me understand new codebases and test scenarios and explain them to others in an easy-to-digest visual manner. It is cost effective as well.

General feedback from a UX Engineer
What do you like best about the product?
I think that miro does a really good job of providing all the different ways to learn and understand content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will say it’s a bit overwhelming at times with all the different capabilities. I think some good siloing in terms of UX UI to separate the tools into digestible chunks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be honest I haven’t used it since I was in a team. As a solo designer right now I haven’t found much use for it. Yes it works as a white boarding tool but aside from that it is a collab tool, which is fine I believe that is its strong suit

Collaborative Platform with Excellent User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro as a collaborative outlet where my team and I brainstorm and organize ideas. I like the collaborative platform and shareable templates, which allow my team and I to work on projects together at the same time. The Infinite canvas helps us brainstorm easily, and it's especially beneficial for organizing things visually, allowing visual learners like me to thrive. Setting it up was very easy, offering a great user experience. I enjoy how user-friendly the platform is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think perhaps having some template parts locked that can’t be changed without approval. Making large boards load faster and make it more spaced out when multiple people are working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is a collaborative outlet where my team and I brainstorm and organize ideas. It helps organize things visually, allows visual learners like me to thrive, and offers a collaborative platform with shareable templates.
