Shifting things, adjusting diagrams, or sharing copies often takes a large part of my day, so Miro helps me focus more on my other work.

I think one area that could be improved is simplifying the interface for making graphical interfaces, as there are many features meant for other purposes. I'd appreciate simpler options that don't require engaging with more complicated tools. I just haven't had the time to learn and use Miro to its full capacity.

At times, it can feel overwhelming, especially if you have managed many boards and collaborations. Getting a clear overview isn't always straightforward, and sharing boards with other users can be a bit challenging since the share button is somewhat hidden.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is great for getting a comprehensive overview when managing various types of digital media and information. Having everything collected on a single board is fantastic, but it's important to organize your content properly; otherwise, it's easy to become overwhelmed by all the information. Its benefiting me to easy get "the whole" picture and to get starting work fast and to not get stuck in "the design", just put in what you want and keep refining everything over time.
Versatile Collaboration with Intuitive Features
What do you like best about the product?
I used Miro to create an organigramme of a hierarchy and collaborate with my colleagues. Miro solved two major problems: it helped me visualize how to present the organigram and allowed me to centralize information from clients as a team. I like how easy it is to get used to the tool. I really liked the feature where you can ask several people to vote on different cards of different colors using a thumbs up or any emojis you like. This feature allows for anonymous opinions, freeing users from the judgment of others. It was helpful for placing people in the hierarchy and reaching a consensus with my colleagues despite having limited information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The switching of different focuses on the overall map is tricky, making it hard to identify where you are and where to click to switch views. Also, the initial setup wasn't easy, especially getting colleagues to join the same project, as they weren't used to digital tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me visualize presentations and centralize client information, improving team collaboration.
