Ease of Use and Effective Collaboration with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Miro at the company for approximately five years and I find several of its features very valuable. I love its ability to facilitate collaborative work in telework environments and virtual meetings, even in face-to-face meetings. Miro allows all of us to participate in real-time collaboration, which I consider the main problem it solves: collaborative work. Additionally, I greatly value the ease of use of Miro. The setup process is incredibly simple and easy to manage, especially within a company where there are people designated as champions to manage Miro licenses. This makes it easy to onboard new people and share documents. I also appreciate the ability to interact to store architecture diagrams directly in Miro, and the seamless integration I have when using my Wacom tablet is fantastic. The ease of displaying and doing things directly in the tool is impressive and very useful. The recently incorporated features also seem useful to me, although I haven't explored them all. I acknowledge that, due to its usefulness and ease of quickly and easily sharing work, I would buy Miro again and again.

A Versatile Tool for Creative Collaboration, But Pricey for Students
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro to be an exceptional tool for creatives, offering the ability to consolidate a vast amount of information into a single board. The freedom to annotate and draw over pictures and PDFs is incredibly useful. I also appreciate how easy it is to manage boards; the more time I spend using Miro, the more intuitive it becomes. Miro significantly improves my workflow by helping me declutter and analyze problems more effectively without feeling overwhelmed. The platform's capacity to house multiple file types, like JPEGs and PDFs, and to share ideas with others, facilitates collaboration and feedback, which I find invaluable. Additionally, I love the drawing feature, which enhances my ability to visualize and express ideas creatively. Bringing in PDFs and Excel sheets further streamlines my workflow, making Miro an indispensable tool for integrating various elements into cohesive projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't personally buy Miro because of its price, which is a significant consideration for me as a student. Currently, I rely on using Miro when it is provided by my school or my workplace. It would be beneficial if Miro offered a more affordable pricing option or an educational version specifically designed for students.

I came across Miro while searching for a whiteboarding tool, and it immediately appealed to me upon trying it. I appreciate that Miro was a better fit for my needs compared to other vendors. Setting up Miro was quite easy, even for someone who uses it in a simplified manner, which makes it very convenient. The pre-built templates and the interactive whiteboarding capability are exceptionally beneficial as they enable my remote team to collaborate effectively by whiteboarding together, which is an essential aspect of our workflow. Another feature that I really like is the availability of architectural AWS icons, which are crucial for us since we're an AWS shop, allowing us to seamlessly build our designs. Miro's ease of use and flexibility stand out as key aspects that would make me consider purchasing it again. Overall, Miro's tools and features significantly benefit our team, making it an indispensable tool in our toolkit.

Additionally, the free online classes provided by Miro have been beneficial in getting acquainted with the platform, enhancing my overall user experience. The working experience with Miro has been really good, making it a reliable tool for both group projects and digital design tasks. I also value Miro because it's free, which was a significant factor in its adoption for my class since our professor recommended it.

Closest thing to a physical whiteboard I've found
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro provides an experience similar to using an actual physical whiteboard. It's great for sharing ideas with clients in meetings, particularly with remote clients, as it offers the closest experience to being in a room together with a whiteboard. I appreciate the ease of setup, as it didn't pose any significant difficulty and was straightforward. I find it particularly useful that the boards are so big – I can just scroll to another part of the board and start a new section. The flexibility of what you can do and how you can build in Miro makes it hands-down my favorite software I've discovered this year.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to locate new boards in Miro. The navigation isn't very intuitive, and I often forget where to find them. This makes it difficult for me to switch between different boards efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro serves as a flexible digital whiteboard, perfect for remote collaboration. It replicates the in-room whiteboard experience, allowing real-time brainstorming and visualization during client meetings.
