The Ultimate Ideation Tool: Intuitive, Collaborative, and Effortless

  • January 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is, hands-down, the best ideation tool on the market. Its easy to share. Its easy to train others on. Why? Because Miro's UI and user experience are intuitive and easy to use. Well-crafted templates for ideation sessions are ideal. You and your team will use this tool constantly.

Miro is also easy to set-up, administer and integrate into your platform. No matter if you work in a walled garden or in an open environment, Miro handles each scenario easily and with professionalism.
What do you dislike about the product?
What does happen with Miro is that it amplifies chaos instead of reducing it. What you need is a strong facilitator who creates a clear lifecycle(create > use > archive).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the core problem of, "How do we think together, at the same time, when we're not in the same room.

Excellent Collaborative Tool for Design Teams

  • January 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the collaborative tool and the comment feature in Miro. I also love the ability to incorporate PDFs onto a board, which makes reviewing materials and adding supporting content a breeze. Miro helps the entire team stay on the same page regardless of their personal work locations, which boosts productivity and keeps us ahead of schedule. Miro is more affordable and allows a larger team to access the software at the same time. The initial setup was super simple, requiring only an email address for the admin to share the account with other team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The page size feature will not print to scale. When I place an 11" x 17" or similar sheet of paper on my board using the shape tool, it will not be printed as such to a PDF. When printing shapes to PDF, make sure the shapes print to the correct scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro creates a space for remote and in-person collaboration, allowing cohesive feedback and boosting productivity. It's more affordable and sets up easily for our team. My team switched from InDesign to Miro because multiple users can access Miro simultaneously.

Perfect for Brainstorming and Product Discovery

What do you like best about the product?
Best for brainstorming and product manager discovery practices. The ease of use is great, especially the templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
it's not easy to share and collaborate with other members unless they get set up with the license as well. Sometimes I want a quick collaboration but I don't need the person to have full access to Miro license for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helping distill discovery. Especially from my user interview transcripts as an example/

Sometimes the initial loading time feels slow. Maybe a different animation with more happening could make it feel faster.

Essential Tool for Remote Teams with Intuitive, Visual Collaboration

  • January 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As a remote team, Miro allows us to work asynchronously and maintain highly visual, easily digestible project plans and architecture. The UI is intuitive, which allowed our users to hit the ground running when we deployed it. While we haven't had to utilize customer support, we did receive a number of requests for demos or training should we have needed them. If you're new to this type of tool, they will guide you 100% of the way through. We use it daily on all of our projects. Having compared it with competitors, it was an easy win.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a smaller organization and haven't had the time to dig into creating heavily repeatable templates, but that's on us, not Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping us stay connected and visualize project plans and designs, as well as keeping the team updated on features during project execution. We're a highly visual group of workers. We keep our boards updated with changes, which makes documentation at the end of a project a breeze as we already have screenshots and explanations that the technical writers can leverage.

Transforming team collaboration and project clarity

  • January 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro offers a great way for people to collaborate on projects (whether large or small) in a very visual way. Miro can also be used as an information repository for the project making it easy to find the information that would otherwise be scattered across multiple tools. Each frames within the a board can be exported as PDF which makes it easy to share with stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike that I can think of. The tools fulfills my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team and I now spend less time searching for documents, and our ability to share ideas, communicate, and iterate has become much more effective. Using Miro saves us time and provides significant improvements in the clarity of project design and management. I am a great advocate for this tool and clients find it very helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can build organizational charts and flowcharts and share them with the team.

Versatile Tool for Workshops and Visual Collaboration

  • January 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to customize layouts and organize information in Miro. It's really useful to have standard templates you can start from and adjust to specific needs. It's a starting point for me to think about how I can best represent or organize information, and what's valuable is that I can then make adjustments as needed to get the best layout. The initial setup was super easy, which I think is fantastic. Plus, it's a great tool that we have come to enjoy using.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be complicated locking areas where you don't want others to adjust - sometimes it's accidentally unlocked or hard to click what you want to lock. Finding where everyone is can be challenging too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for workshops and organizing work plans. It solves issues of visually representing information and access, making it easy to customize layouts and use standard templates as a starting point.
