Infinite Canvas for Complex Projects

  • January 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Miro is a great tool serving as an infinite canvas where I can map complex information and draw relationships between modules. It's very easy to start using and offers a free plan with no limit to the amount of information I can put in it. The GUI looks very modern too, and setting it up was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more from the free tier, at least 2 or 3 extra canvas to play with. It's just that for personal use I would like to continue using the free tier while having more Miro boards separated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro serves as an infinite canvas, allowing me to map complex information and visualize relationships. It's easy to use, supports unlimited information, and the interface feels modern.

Effortless Collaboration and Creativity with Miro

  • January 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I majorly like about Miro is how effortlessly it brings the ideas and people together on shared canvas. It offers visual freedom, real-time collaboration, versatility, and it is very easy to use, great for the engagement purpose. Miro turns meetings from talking into doing, which is what makes it stand out. Miro is the one makes collaboration feel organised and creative rather than messy or overwhelming. I personally like working on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where I believe Miro can improve is in taking large boards feel more structured and easier to navigate, especially for someone who is first time user. With lil bit of more guidance and simplification the experience could become even more smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me Miro solves problem for scattered ideas and unstructured collaboration, especially when teams are working remotely across different locations. Miro helps to bring everyone onto one shared visual space where ideas can be captured, organised and built upon in real time. Miro benefits me by making collaboration more engaging, improving clarity during discussions and helping teams align faster without ideas getting lost in long conversation or multiple tool.

Essential Collaboration Tool for Seamless Remote Work

  • January 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
There is a rich portfolio of functionalities which are intuitive to use even for users new to the software. As of the ease of implementation, it works from every browser, even without a license or any pre-configurations, which is a game-changer for our teams. On top, there are multiple integrations available that allow to export data even outside of Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my daily job, I have a paid license which is quite extensive - when I use it for personal purposes though, the free tier is quite limited, both in terms of boards and essential features.

Another problem I encountered is the performance with big boards with lots of content - it can be very slow to load and even lag when there are multiple users connected. This can really kill the momentum in a workshop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is my go-to tool I use daily to facilitate complex workflows between colleagues from different company areas, especially when we are connecting remotely from various locations. It allows me to co-create and collaborate on key deliverables of my daily work: product roadmaps, value streams, planning workshops, Objectives and Key Results...
