User-Friendly UI with Collaborative Power
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simple and easy-to-use UI of Miro that is shareable with team members. It allows members of different skill levels to jump in and interact. The shareability aspect keeps everyone up to date, present, and focused.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be unclear how to branch certain topics. More UI elements for options available could help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me with project planning and developing websites. I like its simple and easy-to-use UI that is shareable, keeping everyone up to date and allowing members of different skill levels to interact.
Intuitive Interface, Effortless Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for communicating tasks with my colleagues. I like the interface and the easy way of moving from board to board. The initial setup of Miro was super easy for my team. I am new to Miro, so I don't know all of its capabilities yet, but I'm eager to explore.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for communicating tasks with colleagues. When a problem arises, it's easier to see which department should take action.
Effortless Collaboration with Intuitive Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use, features available to me and the ability to share with my colleagues. I also like that I can see when someone else who has permission is editing something I have created.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't yet found anything that I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping me share processes in a more efficient way which saves me time. The ability to share access in order colleagues can also update saves me time going back and forth on emails. It also allows me to get down what is in my head and ensure it makes sense to everyone that needs to know it.
The best collaboration tool for live workshops
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Miro's boards have unlimited space and the ability to collaborate with a wide variety of users by simply sending them a link, without requiring them to sign in. I also find it very versatile because I can copy-paste from multiple sites, such as PowerPoint, or just paste images directly onto the boards. The main thing I love is the ability to collaborate with multiple users. The initial setup was very easy, and I love the user experience it offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to be very specific about the type of link I send to get multiple contributors onto the board. I have to check it a lot before I send it because sometimes it asks them to sign in or they use the wrong link. That's one thing that can be improved. I also don't use the templates a whole lot, so that's something. The AI bot has started being helpful, but I would like the AI to be able to edit current boards I've got and not just help me create new ones from scratch.

What I like best about Miro is how easy it makes collaboration and feedback. It allows multiple teams—design, product, and frontend—to work together on the same board in real time or asynchronously.
The visual nature of Miro is especially helpful for design and product reviews, as it’s easy to leave contextual comments, organize ideas, and track feedback without long back-and-forth conversations.
I also really like how effective it is for sprint retrospectives—features like sticky notes, grouping, and voting make retros more engaging and help the team quickly identify action items.

What do you dislike about the product?
Based on my regular use, there isn’t much to dislike. Miro generally works well for our needs and provides a smooth experience for collaboration, design feedback, and sprint retrospectives. Any minor limitations we encounter are usually situational rather than product issues.

Miro solves the problem of fragmented collaboration during design discussions, product reviews, and team retrospectives. Instead of feedback being spread across chats, documents, and meetings, Miro brings everything into a single visual space.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating diagrams is very straightforward, and sharing the diagram link is just as simple. I appreciate how easy it is to lock items on the screen, preventing others from moving or editing them. The anonymous cursor feature, along with the timer and voting options, are also features I really enjoy.

What do you dislike about the product?
For those who need to create software architecture diagrams quickly, it can sometimes be time-consuming to locate the right icon. In comparison, this process tends to be a bit more straightforward in other tools such as excalidraw.io.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this tool for creating software architecture diagrams, as well as for collaborative drawing and writing on the board. It also allows for filling out anonymous surveys and voting directly on the board.
Essential Tool for Ideation and Real-Time Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Its a good ideation, planning and brainstorming tool. I've used int various capacities, from ideating, to PI planning to Org charting to design over the years, and it has been always a good experience. The real-time collaboration tools help when multiple distributed teams are working simultaneously. At the same time, it is also helpful when you want to break something down solo.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get overwhelming at times and can become an information overload if you don't know exactly what you're looking for. Other times, it can do certain things but that information is not readily available for a new user. Sometimes, styling can be a pain - but there are always workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a single, no-nonsense space that gives me a calm place to think, collaborate and serve as a single source of truth. It also helps me collaborate better with my colleagues. I've used it in various capacities at different orgs, ranging from product management, planning and strategy, mind mapping, diagramming/wireframing and content planning.

What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I’m very pleased with Miro, but if I had to mention one area for improvement it would be performance on very large boards — occasionally the app can feel a bit slow when many users and elements are active. I’d love to see continued optimizations for load times and responsiveness, plus more advanced filtering and organizational tools to help manage complex, high-density boards. These improvements would make an already excellent collaboration platform feel even smoother and more scalable for enterprise use.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro as a place to capture and visually explore my own thoughts, as well as collaborate with others. It's an excellent tool for me as a visual thinker to do this digitally, eliminating the need for loads of stickies. I love how intuitive it is to use; the movement and simplicity of the tools are amazing. I don't have to think or look up how-to guides, and pretty much anyone can start working straight away. Miro makes it possible to create an evolving artifact and avoids needing to document findings after a session in real life. It also enables the ability to work remotely in documents with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inserting tables can sometimes be a bit cumbersome. Having multiple instances within an organization can get a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to digitally explore my thoughts visually and collaborate, eliminating the need for sticky notes. It evolves continuously, avoiding post-session documentation, and enables remote teamwork.
Great tool for brainstorming, collaboration, and idea organization
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is very flexible and intuitive. It makes it easy to organize ideas, build presentations, and collaborate in real time. It works really well for brainstorms and workshops, especially when aligning ideas with different people and teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes boards can become too large or cluttered, which makes navigation a bit harder. Also, performance can slow down on very complex boards, but nothing that blocks usage.
