Enhancing User Journeys with Intuitive Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for mapping out the customer journey for my company. I appreciate its easy UI that allows me to lay out long maps efficiently. I like features such as the comment and tagging feature, which lets me easily tag coworkers where input is needed. The sticky notes feature is particularly helpful when I need to flag something to come back and update. I also enjoy the lock feature and the duplicate feature for their usefulness. The initial setup of Miro was very easy for me.

Miro Makes Visual Collaboration and Project Planning Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it really easy to visually organize ideas and collaborate with teammates in real time. I like being able to map out projects, workflows, and brainstorming sessions on a shared board so everyone can see the big picture. It’s especially helpful for planning website updates, organizing campaign ideas, and tracking tasks visually instead of just using static documents. The templates and drag-and-drop interface make it simple to build boards quickly, and it works well for both individual planning and team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes boards can become cluttered if a lot of people are collaborating or adding content at once, which can make navigation a little overwhelming. It can also take some time to organize larger boards so they stay easy to follow. While the flexibility is great, the number of tools and features can feel slightly overwhelming for new users at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps solve the challenge of organizing ideas and collaborating across teams in a more visual and flexible way. Instead of managing ideas across multiple documents or scattered notes, we can map out projects, workflows, and brainstorming sessions in one shared space. This makes it easier for teams to align on priorities, visualize project timelines, and track ideas during planning sessions. It improves communication and keeps everyone on the same page, which ultimately helps projects move forward more efficiently.
Simple, Intuitive UI That’s Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Simple UI, intuitive and easy to use. Not always an obvious use case, should offer more modelling and diagramming features perhaps
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of BPMN features are locked behind paywalls, some additional learning courses would be helpful too
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating workflow diagrams is my main use case, some white boarding and sharing of ideas.
Visual Workflow Clarity and Seamless Team Adoption
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro very easy to use, even compared to other platforms that require a lot of upskilling. It's simple for me and the team to pick up, and there are many helpful resources. The integrations and syncs available are a great bonus. One feature I recently used was the AI chat tool, which I really liked. I was able to refine a template and add my branding through prompts without the need for a designer, saving time and effort. The tool's ability to visually map out CRM design and internal processes has been incredibly beneficial for clear understanding and easy sharing with stakeholders. I also like that the platform allows us to convert sessions into PDFs or slide decks for clients with ease, which is a really nice experience and a value add for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there was a little bit of confusion around sharing permissions, but that's probably just part of our learning curve.
