Intuitive Operation, Perfect Planning Aid
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to plan my novels, and it makes the process easier, clearer, and faster. I particularly appreciate the intuitive operation, where I can quickly learn everything with just a few tries without having to read instructions. I can easily change the planning if the novel develops in a different direction. Miro does what it is supposed to do and is therefore very likely suitable for recommendation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a calendar marked as an image with colored bars. These regularly glitch and move to the top layer, causing other images and elements to slide underneath them. This cannot be fixed. When elements are grouped together and a background field is used, various smaller errors also occur. The only difficulty was making Miro accessible to another team without sharing the projects with the first one. Since I was initially invited to Miro, I couldn't do this without creating a new account, which was quite annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes planning my novels easier, clearer, and faster. I can easily make changes as the novel develops.
Miro: Practicality and Valuable Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the practicality, ease, and interaction that Miro offers. Additionally, I appreciate the integrations it has with other tools like Jira, which makes things much easier. The initial setup was very practical, especially with all the support from Miro's account managers and resources like the 'Miro university', which help us a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The last experience with integrating Miro with the tool we use to design our processes was disappointing because we couldn't integrate to bring all our flows, so I had to redesign everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to create flowcharts and systems, making meetings more dynamic. It facilitates presentations for executives, especially in system mappings.
Intuitive Interface with Powerful Visualization Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro has a lot of easy-to-use options for visualizations that make complex processes easy to understand. The interface is pretty intuitive and easy to use, and I like that you can change elements easily. I appreciate that you can grab and scale multiple items at once and convert elements at any time. Overall, the initial setup of Miro was very easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
When collaborating there could be a better way to keep information uniform, so when multiple people are brainstorming text it would be the same format and easy to clean up into a list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for visualizing complex processes, making them easy to understand with its intuitive interface. I like that I can scale multiple items simultaneously and convert elements easily.
Empowers Remote Collaboration with Seamless Planning
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to plan my marketing campaigns and collaborate with other marketing professionals. I really like how Miro brings what I see in my head to life. Since I work from home and don't have a physical whiteboard, Miro is the closest thing to it. The diagrams are especially useful because I can go to them for inspiration when organizing information out of my head. It also keeps all information in one secure place where everyone can see the same information rather than dealing with several confusing documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how I click on certain parts of the board and it selects things that I'm not trying to select, or vice versa.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to plan marketing campaigns and collaborate with colleagues. It helps keep all information secure in one place, preventing confusion. It visually organizes my ideas, filling the gap of not having a physical whiteboard for inspiration.
Instant Collaboration Made Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
That is really easy to start using this with blank pages or templates. I can simply start new board and start collaborating instantly. It's really easy to start.
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes I dont know where to find some features and sometimes I dont know how to change some connecting linkes between sticky notes/objects
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro saves my issue with finding a place I can easilly drop screenshots/pictures and mix it with the text - in the Word/Docs it would not be so easy to use both pictures and texts. It's also a great place I can drop some projects where my managers can give me feedback.
Effortless Collaboration and Seamless UI
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to get feedback with Miro. The user interface for making diagrams is very intuitive, simplifying the process of drawing flowcharts and keeping track of various flows. I find the ability to see where everyone else is on the board incredibly helpful for collaboration. It's super easy to use and well-integrated within the company, making it great for getting other people's thoughts on projects. The initial setup was super easy, and once access was granted, everything was smooth sailing.

Perfect for visualizing complex information in a clear and understandable way
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is great for encouraging idea generation, as it allows thoughts and discussions to flow freely without feeling constrained. The wide variety of built-in shapes, objects, and visual elements is very convenient and helps teams get started quickly. Initial setup is also straightforward, which lowers the barrier to entry. Overall, it is a highly recommended tool for creative and collaborative work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve when using Miro for the first time, and I think personal preference plays a role. It may not be the best fit for people who prefer very structured, rigid workflows. I also feel that the tool can be somewhat heavy at times, especially on larger boards. That said, for flexible and visual collaboration, it still offers strong value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro very useful for reducing information asymmetry and creating a shared, easy-to-understand view across teams. It helps visualize complex factory layouts and operational processes in a clear way. By making workflows visible and shareable, Miro enables different stakeholders to align quickly, even when dealing with complicated operations or cross-functional discussions.
Intuitive and Fast for Diagramming and Collaborating
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy integration of Miro with images and the speed with which I can move and modify the shape of objects. I also appreciate being able to copy things from the clipboard and send them directly to the board, as well as using artificial intelligence to quickly remove image backgrounds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps when exporting the solutions, the resolution could be a bit more user-friendly, especially for the basic plans. Although the basic plan already includes an acceptable resolution, in the end, one ends up needing a bit more when working with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me solve problems when making presentations and showing software architectures, flowcharts, and detailing projects visually. It facilitates sharing maps and dashboards in real-time with my team, accelerating our collaboration.
Organize Anything Effortlessly with Powerful Visual Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I can organize anything with visual tools
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few minor bugs that I hope will be addressed, but my main frustration is with the confusion that arises when someone tries to become a paid member after receiving a guest-only link. I’m not sure what the recipient sees on their end, but this situation leads to ongoing uncertainty about their access level. As a result, I don’t feel confident sending out guest links, since I end up having to repeatedly explain how everything works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is wonderful at helping with diagramming, journey mapping, roadmapping. Its also great as a place to put multiple documents that you want to look at side by side, make notes, comments, tag people etc. Additionally love Miro for presentations.
Endless Collaboration Possibilities with Seamless Teamwork
What do you like best about the product?
What I really appreciate is that I can jot down all my ideas, brainstorm with colleagues, and document our solutions together, all at once. Since everyone can edit the board simultaneously, it makes collaboration seamless. We can add code, flowcharts, text, and even create games—the possibilities truly feel endless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Miro offered more AI-powered features, like an audio transcription tool, for instance. Sometimes, it feels a bit overwhelming to have to create everything manually, even though there are some shortcuts available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What I appreciate most is how it allows us to document all of our meetings. My team and I use it during our sessions to contribute directly to the documentation and to capture any new ideas that arise. Later, we can always return to the Miro board if we need to refresh our memory about something discussed.
