Dramatically improve online collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro can be shared with multiple users simultaneously. It's convenient that we can now do what used to be possible only in person, online, as we can modify flows and have discussions while holding meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The frequent disconnections can sometimes be stressful, but since they recover quickly, it's not that big of an issue. Please narrow the bandwidth required for connection requests so that it can be used smoothly even in mobile environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Miro, you are freed from Excel-based management, enabling multi-user sharing, and allowing for online flow adjustments and discussions during meetings.

I like using Miro for product management and UX/UI design. I use sticky notes to layout workflows and identify problem areas, which helps me a lot. I also appreciate the ease of use when creating stakeholder maps. The drag and drop functionality is something I enjoy as it makes the process smoother. Additionally, the setup was easy, and I would highly recommend Miro to friends or colleagues, giving it a 10 out of 10.

Intuitive, Effective, and Essential
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro mainly to create customer flows and journeys, and I really like that it provides an easy and intuitive way to place ideas in a visual space. Miro is extremely intuitive and has great usability. I can use the right mouse button to navigate the board, which gives me a lot of speed and ease. The system is so intuitive that I can focus more on what I want to build. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think we could determine some patterns. Since I build a lot of flowcharts, sometimes I spend a bit more time having to change each box of the flowchart to a pattern I am using. I think the system could more easily understand the pattern the user is following.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides an easy and intuitive way to place ideas in a visual space, making navigation quick and allowing more focus on building.
We use it for our planning strategy
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, has a lot of templates and also it doesn't bug when a lot of people is working in the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some templates are difficult to use, and the layout is weird so it can take a lot of time looking for the right one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team organization significantly enhances our brainstorming sessions and ensures the structure necessary for effective annual and sprint planning.
Transforms Team Collaboration with Real-Time Innovation
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro for its real-time collaboration and digital whiteboard abilities. The unlimited canvas size is great, and the fact that people can edit together live really helps with drawing, writing, and editing. These features make team collaboration more effective and help us make decisions faster with greater clarity. The initial setup was smooth for me, and I also appreciate how it integrates with Google Drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Miro doesn't work well with large files. Maybe the processor could be better to upload and access them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for real-time collaboration, faster decision making, and clarity. Its unlimited canvas and live editing enhance our team's communication and creativity.
The Go-To Solution for Collaborative Workshops
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro is one of the best tools I've used for facilitating design thinking workshops, retrospectives, sprint planning sessions, and product discovery sessions. It solves the problem of scattered information by creating a single visual workspace where ideas, plans, and discussions live together. The built-in timer, voting feature, and presentation mode are standout features for workshops, making it easy to guide group sessions without needing separate tools. The timer really makes a huge difference by creating urgency, keeping the energy high, preventing overthinking, and encouraging equal participation. Integrating Miro with Slack helps keep collaboration continuous instead of switching contexts too often. The initial setup was quick, with account creation, team setup, and member invitation taking only a few minutes. The interface is intuitive enough that most people can start adding sticky notes and creating boards without formal training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Miro offers an infinite canvas, it’s easy for boards to become cluttered. Without strong structure (frames, naming conventions, layout discipline), things can quickly feel overwhelming. More built-in guidance for board organization or automated cleanup suggestions could help maintain clarity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro creates a single visual workspace to centralize ideas, plans, and discussions, reducing the chaos of scattered information. The timer feature boosts workshop efficiency by maintaining urgency, energy, and equal participation.
Easy, In-Room Collaboration Across Screens
What do you like best about the product?
You can easily collaborate with coworkers, even when you’re in the same room but working on different screens.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s very confusing to share boards. When I share one board, other people can still see the other individual boards I have, which isn’t clear or intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A quick and easy way to collaborate, and it also makes it much easier to create draft presentations there.
Endless Space to Brainstorm—Like Drawing on Real Paper
What do you like best about the product?
You never run out of space to brainstorm or map out ideas. I can use it for diagrms, presentations, it's like a real piece of paper I can draw on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The shapes need more snapping points for the arrows. I need better snapping for the text so that the diagrams get equal distances between the elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it for technical diagrams when me and my team need to take high level architectural decisions. Basically I am happy that I get beautiful diagrams for all my use cases (not only technical) and it is all in one place.
