Exceptional Collaboration with Versatile Resource Integration

  • December 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro offers me the ability to collaborate with colleagues while engaging with a variety of resources, including post-its, images, and documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the possibility to incorporate other types of content to Miro boards, such as videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a researcher and educator. Miro is helping me conduct aspects of my research that rely on heavy visual elements and require synchronous and asynchronous collaboration. It has helped my students to keep track of their projects and act as a "hub" for all the related content and documents.

Unmatched Flexibility and Collaboration for Traveling Design Teams

  • December 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The adaptability, The neutral design of Miro allows you to truly iterate and create an universal ideation space, that is difficult to match in a physical setting. This allows endless possibilities for all design sectors to design, develop, and collaborate in real time, anywhere you have access to a computer. This is the most crucial aspect when it comes to remote work in design careers, the ability to see a full design process, like its on the table Infront of you (if the table was infinitely wide and long!)
What do you dislike about the product?
No negatives except when the program is laggy, or I reach a board limit, but one board is counted twice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When a project manager is traveling for another project, it can be challenging to effectively manage and support a productive design environment for proposal development. Usually, the PM is left out of the loop while on the move. However, this space enables a project manager to thoroughly contribute feedback and design ideas whenever and wherever coordination is required.

Essential for Collaborative Design and Brainstorming

  • December 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro for whiteboarding, especially because my team members work virtually, and it provides a common space to share our thoughts together and get rid of ambiguity. I really like the infinite canvas and feel that the UI is really nice, allowing me to do things quickly using the shapes and pen tools. I don't feel limited when I'm doing these things. There are so many plugins, including one with Jira, which helps link to the tickets. The ability to create presentations using Miro is a huge benefit, acting as a common thinking vessel. At the end, the product gives value in different ways, whether it's showcasing it as a presentation or sharing with peers to get feedback. The setup was very easy for everyone on the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it's pretty hard adding simple text to Miro diagrams. I don't really like the formatting of the posted notes because I can't have headings, subheadings. And with documents, I can't change how big or small they look. It would be really useful if there was a shortcut key to quickly enter text mode, similar to how Excalidraw works for text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro gives my virtual team a common space to share thoughts and avoid ambiguity. It's great for technical design and collaboration, allowing real-time or asynchronous feedback. The digital end products serve as documentation, aiding in future references and ticket creation.

Streamlines Collaboration with User-Friendly Templates

  • December 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Miro's ease of use and how the templates make everything effortless. Editing permissions and sharing with team members is simple. Using the template for our accountability chart was a breeze, helping us keep things updated as our team grows. The initial setup was easy too; we managed to create a detailed accountability chart for our 40+ team in just an hour, complete with all details, LinkedIn profile links, and pictures.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the ability to customize the available templates in Miro lacking. Adding a field or changing the way something is named could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to customize our accountability chart, manage permissions easily, and facilitate team collaboration. It's the best solution for our growing team, with features and cost that stand out. The templates simplify updates, making it easy to integrate profiles and pictures quickly.

Efficiency and Collaboration at the Top, But Difficult to Handle

  • December 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find that using Miro is smooth and interesting. The features are really numerous, which is a plus for me. I also increasingly like using Miro's artificial intelligence to quickly synthesize and group certain ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the challenge is significant for users who are coming to Miro for the first time. Sometimes, the way to move sticky notes, add sticky notes, and navigate the interface is not always easy for new users. It happens that someone new starts moving large blocks instead of sticky notes, which often requires locking certain elements to avoid chaos. The initial setup was not easy either, as it required some training and support for some people on the team. Organizing the boards in the account is also difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro improves team efficiency and facilitates idea management during meetings. It offers visual support to better track and agree on the ideas exchanged.
