Empowers Educators with Real-Time Collaboration

  • February 21, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro makes thinking visible and provides students with agency and autonomy, allowing me to see their work live in real time. I appreciate the ability to easily move between different team boards and use the talk track for instructions and feedback. Miro's real-time collaboration environment is great for student projects. I also value the interactive tools like frames, stickies, and templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to give teaching assistants the ability to unhide frames on boards I own. I create the boards and add the frames but as the owner, if I hide a frame, the TA can't unhide it. I would love more student-friendly tutorials about how to use Miro so I can give that directly to students.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro allows real-time collaboration in a virtual environment, making student thinking visible. It gives students agency and autonomy, and I can use features like talk track for instructions and feedback. I also seamlessly move between team boards, maximizing engagement.

Mero Makes Real-Time Brainstorming and Team Planning Effortless

  • February 20, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Mero for brainstorming sessions, collaborative planning with my team, and cross-functional planning. It helps me visualise ideas clearly and efficiently in real time, which makes it easier to align with others and keep discussions focused. I really like the flexibility of the infinite canvas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when the port is large, it can feel a bit heavy and run slightly slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's also a problem of scattered ideas during discussions, and it gives visual workspace to the team instead of long chat threads.

Versatile Collaborator with a Few Organizational Hiccups

  • February 20, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Miro allows me to collaborate with different teams using the same board and provides a clear, comprehensive overview of the project state and multidisciplinary evolution. It's great for offline ideation and speedy iteration. I love its capacity to let me draw, create frames, import pictures, tables, PDFs, videos, write notes, prepare slides for a deck, or host workshops all in one unique platform. It's really nice to be able to edit a doc or an Excel file directly in Miro, which integrates well with Microsoft. The initial setup of Miro was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can become too messy. It would be great if you could cluster items by typology and make them visible or invisible as needed. It would require having an index, a bit like Figma.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows me to collaborate with different teams on the same board, provides a clear comprehensive overview of the project state, and supports offline ideation and quick iteration.

Ease of use, but improvement needed in tables

  • February 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of using Miro and the possibility of keeping everything organized. The simultaneous editing of boards and the creation of flowcharts are features that allow achieving good results as a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inclusion of tables is very bad. The application also does not make it very clear when new licenses are added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to map processes, identify bottlenecks, visually structure ideas, and support ideation workshops.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Miro for managing and keeping track of tasks. It's great how it keeps everything organized and allows me to collaborate with coworkers. I really like how I can use it live with other people and appreciate features like the sticky notes. It saves time and effort by eliminating the need to communicate through email or in person, which cuts down on a lot of back and forth. The initial setup of Miro was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think maybe more features would be nice.

Clear Business Process Mapping with a Well-Documented Implementation Flow

  • February 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Business process mapping with clear implementation flow documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
When boards get very detailed—with lots of objects, images, and connectors—performance can start to lag, especially on lower-spec systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The real-time collaboration feature is really helpful for project planning and mapping.

Miro: A Great Design Tool - If You Are Using a Mac

  • February 18, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
For me, the symbol system has saved the most time - I make a component and then reuse it as many times as possible. I can change all instances of it at the same time, rather than having to search for each instance individually. Honestly, I would be sad to lose the component/symbol workflow (and the plugins) if I moved away from using Miro. In addition to the component/symbols workflow, the number of available plugins is huge - if there isn’t a basic function you want the tool to perform, there’s likely a third-party plugin that will allow you to do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is only available for Macs. Since our development team uses PCs, they are unable to use Miro, which creates significant issues when a client or new employee comes onto the team who uses a PC. The prototype function is very limited compared to other tools such as Figma and Xd, and it’s not where Miro excels. Large file sizes with complex graphics can become slow while you’re in the middle of a workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to using Miro, we were struggling with Adobe design tools that were simply never designed for UI/UX work. Miro allows us to bypass much of the frustration involved in creating prototypes and handing them off to developers - Miro enables rapid creation of prototypes, clear handoffs to developers and eliminates the need to employ a full-time designer to create a presentable mockup.

Dynamic and Easy Collaboration with Miro

  • February 18, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro is comfortable and dynamic, which makes it quick to use. I enjoy the small details like the AI that groups information, the voting features, the option to play music, the ability to paste information all at once on several post-its, and the templates. The grouping of information saves me time, the votes facilitate team collaboration and understanding, and the templates speed up dynamics by suggesting work formats without having to think much. I also appreciate that it is more dynamic and easier to use compared to other products.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you ask to make a presentation, simply paste the text into slides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro resolves remote collaboration and large sessions, providing a powerful graphical interface. AI-driven information grouping saves time, while votes enhance collaboration. Templates streamline dynamics with little effort.
